Monthly USA and Netherlands Linux VPS, Windows VPS and shared hosting qualify. The guarantee covers the first 30 days of service and provides a refund of the eligible contract amount. VPS in Russia, Germany, Poland, France, Canada and the UK are excluded. Cloud VPS, Managed cPanel VPS and dedicated servers are also outside this guarantee. Management services, purchased licences, administrative fees, add-on setup fees and domain purchases are excluded from its coverage.
Upgrading the service within the first 30 days removes its money-back coverage. A PayPal dispute or credit-card chargeback also falls outside the refund procedure. To request an eligible refund, cancel through the client area and open a support ticket with the reason for cancellation. The billing department assesses the request against the guarantee and service terms. Approved refunds are processed within 24–72 working hours. Purchases through the WebMoney gateway are excluded from the refund policy.
Give written notice at least 12 days before the next renewal term. Otherwise, the following term remains payable in full. Send the cancellation request to the billing department from the main email address registered on the account, and include the main IP address of the server being cancelled. Dotzo bills services on a recurring basis until notified of cancellation. Payment for each service period is due in advance.

Yes. Existing Linux VPS customers can purchase Managed Services as an add-on through the control panel. Open Order Management View, enter Manage Add-ons, select Managed Services from the drop-down menu and continue to checkout. Management includes server administration, security work, updates, optimisation and proactive monitoring. Server setup, DNS setup, SSL installation and website migration are among the listed management tasks. The Linux hosting account activates after payment, while completing the management setup can take 1–24 working hours.
Dedicated servers use prorated billing that includes the remaining days of the current month plus the next full month. The recurring due date is the 30th day of each month.
