The first-order condition belongs to this introductory promotion; it is not a general discount for every later invoice. New server purchases start by selecting VPS/VDS or a dedicated server, then the required location and package. The order links lead to the billing portal, with registration available for a new account and a separate billing login for existing customers.
Enter the promo code during the server ordering process. The VPS purchase starts with a location and package selection, followed by the order link into Bit.Hosting's billing system. Available operating-system choices include Ubuntu, Debian, CentOS and Windows Server; installation from your own ISO is available on request. The Netherlands order selection also includes an optional control panel and a choice of processor, memory, storage and bandwidth configuration.
Cards, QIWI and cryptocurrency are named payment options. In BillManager, the Invoices section contains the unpaid invoice for the selected VPS or dedicated server. The Pay action opens the payment-method selection, and confirming payment activates or extends the service automatically. The Finances section holds account balance, top-ups and payment history. Payment-system, bank, exchange-service, cryptocurrency-network and intermediary fees are paid by the customer unless a separate arrangement states otherwise.
Disable automatic renewal in the VPS Parameters tab. This setting is available through Services in BillManager and can also be enabled again. With automatic renewal enabled and a positive balance, the renewal runs three days before the service ends. When funds are insufficient, notifications are sent seven, three and one day before expiry. Changing your mind, no longer needing the server, incorrect customer configuration and rule violations do not qualify. A partially used period may receive individual consideration, without a guaranteed refund. Incurred payment and network fees are deducted. Refunds use the original payment method or another agreed method where technically possible. Promotional discounts and bonus credits cannot be refunded as cash.
Price changes generally leave an already paid period unchanged. Exceptions apply when infrastructure suppliers or external circumstances require otherwise. Bit.Hosting can change tariffs, discounts, promo codes and special conditions for future periods. Services operate on prepayment, with activation after payment confirmation unless the package specifies another arrangement. Customers manage expiry dates and renewals in their account. An unpaid service can be suspended and subsequently removed under the service terms.

Memory, disk capacity, CPU cores and network bandwidth can be increased. Support first checks whether the upgrade can proceed without moving the data. Configuration reductions are not available through this process. Most upgrades preserve data and avoid interruption, although some changes require a restart. A backup is recommended before substantial changes.

These are server orders with full root access and the ability to install software and configure the system for the project.
