The Free plan is $0. As of October 2026, Mini is $45, Essentials is $95, and Plus is $295 per month per workspace. Crisp also offers a 14-day trial, so choose the paid tier that fits your workspace before applying an eligible offer.
Use the workspace billing page. Upgrade to Essentials or Plus, then open Settings, Billing, Plans & Subscriptions and select Coupon for that subscription. Enter the offer before the next charge; Crisp says the charge is not immediate after upgrading.
