Cloud VPS, VDS Slices and expandable server storage for developers.

Savings opportunities available through DartNode coupon codes

DartNode offers Cloud VPS, VDS Slices and expandable storage for developers. Cloud VPS starts at $3.95 a month for its base configuration. Warehouse Deals provide another savings route through flash sales and clearance specials, with a fixed quantity for each deal. Eligible open source projects can receive a free VPS when their public repository has 1,000+ stars and is at least 90 days old. Applications require a linked DartNode logo in the README.md. The 7-day money-back guarantee provides a separate way to protect an eligible server purchase.

Eligible products and services

Service categories frequently on promotion

DartNode's server range includes Cloud VPS, Ryzen 9 VPS, NVMe VPS and Storage VPS. Cloud VPS configurations vary their CPU, RAM and SSD allocations. Ryzen 9 VPS uses DDR5 memory and NVMe storage, while Storage VPS combines an SSD boot drive with expandable block storage. VDS Slices allocate dedicated physical cores and RAM, with resources from the same node combinable into one server. Their monthly slice cost is billed in advance. Server resources, selected extras and the billing cycle shape the order total, so the base server configuration and its additional services have distinct charges.

Services usually excluded from promo codes

DartNode prices server extras separately from the base VPS configuration. DDoS Protection adds $2.95 a month for a cloud server, and Cloud Backups adds $4.95 a month in the Cloud VPS configurator. Block Storage starts at $9.95 per 1 TB per month and is selected independently of the server's included disk. Storage volumes attach to a VPS or VDS in the same datacenter, and their capacity can expand separately from the server's resources. Applicable taxes are separate from service fees. A server offer therefore needs a budget that accounts for the selected extras as well as the base service.

Factors influencing the final discount value

Impact of billing cycle on promotional price

DartNode uses recurring billing cycles, with monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual periods defined for its services. VDS Slices are billed monthly in advance without setup fees. The VPS configurator includes a Billing Cycle selector and separates Due Today from the subsequent payment amount. Its billing schedule starts on the first of the month, with the initial bill prorated for the remaining time. Services renew for the same cycle length at the then-current price unless cancelled before renewal. The prorated first bill and the following payment cover different portions of that recurring billing schedule.

Promo codes vs. automatically applied offers

DartNode provides a Promo Code input within the VDS Slices builder's Filter & Config panel. The offer entry accompanies minimum resource requirements and hardware preferences, including region, CPU family and memory type. A chosen node supplies dedicated physical cores and RAM, and multiple slices on that node can form a single server. The monthly slice cost is paid in advance. Warehouse Deals provides a separate sale route, with fixed stock and time-limited availability. Its products include enterprise hardware and round-the-clock support, while newsletter notifications announce new deals.

Accessing active codes for DartNode

For DartNode VDS Slices, the public offer field is labelled Promo Code under Filter & Config. Resource, region and hardware filters narrow the available nodes before you configure dedicated physical resources. The separate VPS configuration starts with Region Selection, Hostname and operating system choices, followed by optional server upgrades. DDoS Protection and Cloud Backups have their own selection controls, while Block Storage uses a Disk Size input. A Billing Cycle selector accompanies the payment summary, which separates Due Today from the subsequent amount. Access to the application requires sign-in. Scroll up for the current DartNode offers.

DartNode Discount FAQs

Your DartNode open source application needs a public repository with 1,000+ stars that is at least 90 days old. Forks and archived repositories are excluded from this offer. The project must display a DartNode logo in its main README.md, with the logo linking to DartNode. Applying requires an account and submission of the repository URL. The application then supplies a short ownership check to add to the README, allowing DartNode to establish that you maintain the project. After the application checks pass, the VPS is deployed and its details are emailed to you. The linked logo and completed ownership step form part of the free hosting application.
Enter a DartNode VDS offer in the Promo Code field under Filter & Config. This field is part of the public VDS Slices builder, alongside the controls used to find a suitable physical node. Minimum RAM, core and storage requirements determine the capacity you are looking for. Region, CPU Family and RAM Type narrow the hardware choices, while Max Budget ($) and Hide Sold Out Nodes refine the list further. A slice supplies dedicated physical resources, and multiple slices from the same node can form one server. Adding slices later depends on capacity remaining on that node, so the initial resource selection affects future expansion.
DartNode has monthly VPS pricing, with resources and optional extras determining which configuration you buy. Cloud VPS uses KVM virtualization and SSD storage on Intel Xeon hardware. Its plans vary CPU, RAM and disk allocations and include IPv4 and IPv6 connectivity. Full root access lets you install and configure software yourself, while Custom ISO Support allows an uploaded operating system image. DDoS mitigation and daily off-site backups are optional additions. Storage VPS combines an SSD boot drive with block storage volumes for additional capacity. The initial VPS bill is prorated to the remaining time before the first-of-the-month billing schedule begins its next cycle.
Use the DartNode server's Cancel tab to schedule cancellation at the end of its billing cycle. Start from the server detail page and select Cancel at End of Billing Cycle, then confirm the cancellation. This keeps the server active until the next payment date, when it is terminated. Cancel Immediately is a separate option that requires your password and ends the service sooner. A pending cancellation can be reactivated before its scheduled date takes effect. Server data is permanently deleted after cancellation takes effect and cannot be recovered. Choosing the end-of-cycle option preserves access through the remaining paid period while scheduling the service to end before another cycle.
DartNode does not apply price changes retroactively to a billing cycle you have already paid for. Future billing cycles can change price with 30 days of advance notice delivered by email or through the account dashboard. Automatic renewal continues for the same cycle length at the then-current service price unless you cancel before the renewal date. The payment summary in the VPS configurator separates today's payment from the subsequent amount. A VPS upgrade has its own price breakdown, showing credit for unused time on the current plan and a prorated amount due today. It also identifies the new recurring monthly price before you confirm. Plans that require migration carry the label Available on another server.
A DartNode VPS upgrade recalculates your bill using unused-time credit, a prorated charge and a new recurring monthly price. Open the server detail page and choose the Upgrade tab to see available plans with their CPU, memory, storage and price. The current plan is highlighted, and eligible upgrade choices have an Available badge. Selecting Upgrade beside a plan opens the breakdown before confirmation. That breakdown includes credit from unused time on the current plan, the amount due today and the new recurring charge. A host with insufficient capacity may require migration, identified by Available on another server and accompanying migration details. Those details determine whether the upgrade also moves the service.
A DartNode payment can be declined because of insufficient funds, an expired card, a bank block or fraud detection. Billing > Reload Account lets you try adding funds with a different payment method. An expired card requires updating the payment method, while a bank-blocked transaction requires asking the bank to authorize DartNode charges. Fraud detection can also require confirmation with the bank. PayPal and cryptocurrency provide alternative payment routes. The refund destination differs for cryptocurrency: an approved money-back refund becomes account credit. Credit card and PayPal guarantee refunds return to the original payment method, so the chosen payment route also determines how an eligible refund is received.
DDoS Protection, Cloud Backups and Block Storage are separately priced extras for a DartNode VPS. Cloud DDoS Protection costs $2.95 a month and can be enabled from the server's DDoS tab. Cloud Backups adds $4.95 a month in the Cloud VPS configurator and stores daily server backups off-site. Block Storage begins at $9.95 per 1 TB per month and expands capacity independently of the server's included disk. A storage volume attaches to a VPS or VDS in the same datacenter. Volumes can also be resized, detached or moved to another server. Keeping storage separate allows capacity to grow without migrating the server solely to obtain more disk space.
You can request DartNode's money-back option for an eligible VPS less than 7 days old, subject to the once-per-account rule. The option is accessed from the service's cancellation page. Its availability depends on the service's age and whether the account has already used the guarantee. Credit card and PayPal refunds return to the original payment method, while cryptocurrency payments are refunded as account credit. A cloud server's Cancel tab also provides immediate cancellation or cancellation at the end of the billing cycle. Those choices affect when the server stops running and when its data is permanently deleted. The money-back option belongs to the eligible service's cancellation process.
DartNode Warehouse Deals brings together flash sales and clearance specials on servers and hosting. Each deal has a limited sale window and a fixed stock allocation, so availability depends on both time and remaining inventory. Once a deal's stock is sold, that quantity is not restocked. Warehouse products include the same enterprise hardware and round-the-clock support offered with DartNode's hosting infrastructure. The Deals menu leads to Warehouse Deals, where View Deals opens the sale inventory section. Newsletter signup provides notifications about new deal arrivals. A particular server purchase therefore depends on the inventory offered for that deal, with notifications providing a way to learn when another offer becomes available.
