The package includes two virtual CPU cores, 4 GB RAM, 60 GB SSD storage and one public IPv4 address. It is an unmanaged VPS, with both Linux and Windows supported by the Cloud VPS service.
VPS Forex 02 costs ฿280 a month on annual billing, compared with ฿350 on monthly billing. VPS Forex 03 costs ฿480 against ฿600, and VPS Forex 04 costs ฿1,200 against ฿1,500. These packages include Windows Server and a private public IP address. The respective recommendations are one to three, one to six, and one to ten MT4 or MT5 instances. All three are unmanaged services; custom packages are available by contacting sales.

The discounted first-year prices for .xyz, .online, .shop and .cloud differ from their renewal prices. A .xyz registration costs ฿120 for the first year and renews at ฿800. A .online registration costs ฿300, a .shop costs ฿200 and a .cloud costs ฿250; each renews at ฿1,200. By comparison, .com registration and renewal both cost ฿500. These extensions include free DNS management and WHOIS privacy, and domain expiry reminders arrive by email.
VisperHost accepts QR Payment, bank transfer, internet banking, Credit Card and PayPal. After an order is placed, the invoice is sent to the registered email address. Payments made through the website activate the service automatically. A direct bank payment requires payment evidence to be sent by email and a staff member to confirm receipt. Service access details are then delivered to the registered email address, following payment and setup.
Yes. Existing customers can sign in during the ordering flow, while new customers register with their name, email and password. The order summary appears before payment. The buyer then selects a payment channel and accepts the service agreement to start the order. VisperHost issues an invoice by email after the order is submitted, and service setup follows successful payment. Account details must be accurate, complete and current under the service agreement.
Automatic renewal can be disabled through the customer system or another designated channel at any time. VisperHost can charge before the renewal due date when automatic renewal has been selected or payment authorization has been given. A failed automatic payment can lead to another collection attempt, a reminder or service suspension. Disabling renewal does not remove charges or obligations incurred before cancellation takes effect. Customers remain responsible for the service payment deadline even if a reminder does not arrive.
Payments are generally non-refundable, with exceptional requests considered individually. A request may qualify when VisperHost cannot deliver a material part of the agreement through its own fault and cannot remedy the problem within a reasonable time. Requests require relevant details and evidence by email or Line within thirty days of the incident. Changing your mind, leaving a service unused and cancellation for personal reasons do not qualify. Domain registration, domain transfer and third-party software fees already paid are excluded.
Cloud VPS, VPS Forex, web hosting and domain prices exclude 7% VAT. Withholding tax is available for qualifying payments above ฿1,000: government agencies deduct 1%, and legal entities deduct 3%. Two copies of the withholding certificate must be submitted within thirty days after payment. A scan or photograph goes by email for confirmation first, followed by the original documents by post. Service can be suspended if the complete certificates have not arrived within that deadline.
