Payment counts as fulfilled when the funds arrive, no later than the monthly settlement date. The selected customer tariff determines the service charge. This is a prepaid rental arrangement: the payment obligation covers the ordered service period, rather than a charge calculated only after the server has been used.
Send written notice at least 30 days before the intended termination date. The DataCheap.ru agreement starts when the customer registers and runs for one year. It automatically extends for another year when both parties meet their contractual obligations. Either party can initiate termination using the written-notice procedure.
