Imagen applies remaining Pay-as-you-go credits toward the first Limitless payment when you upgrade, reducing the amount due for that transition. Existing Pay-as-you-go subscribers open their initials, choose Account settings and Billing, then select Upgrade plan in the editing-plan area. An existing annual-plan customer needs help from Imagen's team to make the change. A paid culling addition is cancelled because culling belongs to Limitless, and its unused portion receives a prorated refund toward that initial payment. This culling adjustment applies to monthly and annual additions, alongside the remaining editing-credit balance.

Imagen service fees exclude applicable taxes, so coupon savings do not replace the taxes due on those charges. Some United States locations require sales tax, which appears on the invoice. After a successful charge, Imagen emails that invoice to the address associated with the account. Editing projects appear by name with their individual amounts, and received credits appear on the invoice too. Subscription payments can use PayPal, with Google Pay and Apple Pay available where supported; payment availability varies by country. For future invoice details, your initials lead to Account settings and User details. Adding a VAT ID there affects future invoices after Save changes.
