Unused hosting is not automatically cancelled. Outstanding balances remain payable after cancellation, and there are no prorated refunds after services become available. Account termination can lead to deletion of hosted data, so retrieve that data before termination.
SolVPS payment options are check or money order, credit card, bank wire and ACH, with the selected method recorded in the order. Supported credit-card brands are Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Card payments authorize recurring service-fee charges each billing cycle until the account, order or agreement is cancelled under the applicable process. Checks must include the Client ID. Bank-wire and ACH payments also require that identifier in the transmission details and must arrive before the due date. Administrative and processing fees associated with those transfers are the customer's responsibility.
