Yes. Basin includes a 14-day free trial on all plans. Trial accounts may have cost-bearing features, such as sending emails, limited until the first payment succeeds.
Use a major credit card. Basin accepts cards through Stripe, rather than PayPal. Free accounts require no card.
No. Basin's fees exclude taxes, levies and duties. Customers are responsible for those charges, except United States federal or state taxes.
Get written confirmation first. The advertised 30-day money-back guarantee conflicts with Basin's Terms of Service, which make monthly and yearly payments non-refundable. Those terms also exclude credits for partial months, unused months and plan changes. Ask support@usebasin.com which refund conditions apply to your purchase.
