Eligible products and services
Service categories frequently on promotion
The ISP package range includes Small, Medium, Large and Subnet. Subnet supplies 255 IPs for €279 a month, with an advertised rate of €1.10 per IP. That larger allocation carries the lowest displayed per-IP rate in the range.
Services usually excluded from promo codes
BirdProxies' terms list no product exclusions for promo codes.
Factors influencing the final discount value
Impact of billing cycle on promotional price
The displayed ISP packages use monthly billing. Residential purchases use pay-as-you-go billing without a subscription commitment. Their volume discounts depend on usage rather than prepaying an annual term.
Promo codes vs. automatically applied offers
BirdProxies displays a welcome promo code on its homepage. That is a code-based offer, separate from the package prices displayed in the pricing table.

Large has the lower advertised per-IP rate. Medium costs €65 a month for 50 IPs, or €1.30 per IP; Large costs €120 a month for 100 IPs, or €1.20 per IP. Both packages include dedicated proxies, unlimited bandwidth and unlimited threads. The displayed speed range is 30–50ms for each. Large doubles the IP allocation, while Medium keeps the monthly payment lower for an order that needs fewer addresses.
Yes. Residential pricing starts at €2.50 per GB, with high-volume rates reaching €1.50 per GB. These purchases cover bandwidth consumed rather than a fixed number of dedicated addresses. The residential network supplies rotating and sticky IPs, with coverage across more than 190 countries. Geographic targeting includes countries and cities. For a larger data order, the volume rate is the saving to compare with a BirdProxies promo code.
ISP pricing depends on the purchased period and proxy allocation. Time-based options include weekly and monthly plans, and premium locations may cost more. Most ISP plans include unlimited bandwidth. The available ISP locations include the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Japan and Hong Kong. These are static addresses assigned to the subscription. A purchase specifies the location and allocation rather than buying a residential data allowance measured in gigabytes.
Yes. Customers who use a referral link during signup receive 15% bonus data on residential proxy purchases. The bonus applies automatically at checkout, without entering a code, and appears as an extra-data amount. A 5GB purchase becomes 5.75GB; a 10GB purchase becomes 11.5GB. Account registration supports email and password, Discord or Google. The referred-customer benefit applies to all residential purchases associated with that referral, rather than only the first data order.
Renew before the plan expires to keep its assigned addresses. Letting the plan lapse returns those addresses to the pool, and buying again gives you different ones. Each plan's dashboard entry contains its IP count, exact address list and end date. The addresses stay assigned for the purchased term and do not rotate during it. The copy button takes the whole list at once for transfer into your application.
Cancel through your dashboard or by emailing support@birdproxies.com. There is no notice period, and cancellation stops the next renewal while the period already paid for continues to its end. Subscriptions otherwise renew automatically for the same period. BirdProxies gives at least 30 days' email notice before a price change takes effect. You can cancel before the new price applies if you do not accept the change.
BirdProxies accepts credit and debit cards, PayPal and cryptocurrency. Card payments run through Stripe, while cryptocurrency payments run through NOWPayments. The supported cryptocurrency examples include Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, XMR and SOL. After payment, proxy credentials are delivered instantly. For an approved refund, cards receive the money back on the original card; cryptocurrency is returned in the same asset to a wallet address you provide. Card refunds usually appear within five to ten banking days.
Prices include German VAT where applicable. EU business customers with a valid VAT ID may be invoiced under the reverse-charge procedure. BirdProxies accepts both consumer and business orders, and buyers must be at least 18 years old. A contract takes effect when the order is confirmed or the service is provisioned, whichever happens first. Essential contract details are sent by email, and contracts can be concluded in English or German.
Yes, within 14 days of concluding the contract. Ongoing subscriptions and data bundles retain that withdrawal window because they are consumed over time. Send a clear withdrawal statement by email or post, or use the account's withdrawal function; the model form is optional. BirdProxies charges a proportionate amount for service supplied before withdrawal when a customer requests service to start within the 14-day window. Reimbursement is due within 14 days of receiving your notice, without reimbursement fees.
Yes, qualifying orders fall under the goodwill refund rules. These cover a service not delivered as described, a technical fault preventing use, duplicate charges or payment without provisioning. Business buyers do not receive the consumer withdrawal right. Goodwill refunds generally exclude consumed data, a particular website blocking the IPs, accounts terminated for acceptable-use breaches, and stolen or unauthorised payments. Refund requests can be submitted through the dashboard, email or a Discord ticket.
