Both extensions have their own edition selectors in the Buy together area. The bundle can be added through its shared Add to Cart button rather than ordering the two products separately. Guest to Customer also appears individually at $79 on that product page.
Yes, if the second store uses a separate Magento installation. A single extension licence can cover several domains running on the same Magento instance, because licensing follows the installation rather than the domain. Each additional installation needs its own licence. The licence remains valid until you uninstall the module or breach the agreement. It permits your own site use; selling, renting, lending or sublicensing the extension to someone else is prohibited.
PayPal and credit card are accepted. After payment, the invoice arrives by email, and an email with the module download link is sent immediately after the purchase is completed. The paid extension also becomes available through your account under My Account, then My Downloadable Products. That account route provides another way to retrieve the purchased files alongside the email delivery. The downloadable-product area contains the available link for your paid extension.
Refunds cover unresolved extension bugs within 30 days; the B2B package has a 60-day window. BSS Commerce must first have the opportunity to fix the problem, which can take up to five business days. Changing your mind or buying for evaluation does not qualify. Conflicts caused by third-party themes or extensions are excluded, and installation and customization fees are non-refundable. A partial package refund values retained extensions at normal prices while preserving the multiple-item discount.
Paid extensions include installation for one Magento installation when requested within two weeks, or ten working days, of purchase. Later requests and installation on a second Magento installation normally cost $50 per request. Installation requires website access, including administrator and FTP or SSH details. Free extensions do not receive the free installation service. Free installation also excludes updated versions, so installing an update is a separate service from installing a newly purchased extension.
Six additional months cost 50% of the current product price; twelve months cost 60%. The extension support package is purchased by contacting sales@bsscommerce.com with your order number. New Magento extension purchases include six months of support, while the Magento B2B package includes one year. Included support starts when payment is finalized. Purchases made before the support-policy change on June 2, 2025 retain their original one-year free support entitlement.
Customization is a separately priced service. The agreed project covers the discussed requirements; further changes are treated as another project and quoted separately. Customization does not include installation support, and its support period lasts one month after delivery. Extending that period costs extra. The customization guarantee applies only to the site BSS Commerce works on. Applying the customization elsewhere, or subsequently changing, updating or upgrading the site, falls outside that guarantee.
Yes. The Shopify B2B/Wholesale Solution app can be cancelled or uninstalled at any time. BSS Commerce can help remove remaining app snippets after uninstallation, with step-by-step removal guides available. Assistance is available through support-sbc@bsscommerce.com or Live Chat. Standard technical troubleshooting is included with the app, while extensive customization or development can incur extra fees. The app also offers a free trial to try its features before committing to a paid plan.
Yes. Existing subscribers can upgrade or downgrade the B2B/Wholesale Solution app plan at any time. The change is made inside the app through B2B/Wholesale Solution, then Pricing Plans, where the new plan is selected. Billing issues can be handled by Shopify Support or BSS Commerce's team. Special-case discounts can also be discussed through support or Live Chat with details of the customer's situation; these discounts depend on the individual use case.
