Yes. A service bought at a promotional price keeps that price when renewed. Renewal also depends on keeping the service paid: CentoHost contacts customers no later than 30 days and seven days before the leased service expires, offering an extension or deactivation. Services are prepaid, and outstanding dues can prevent access to them. The general billing terms reserve the right to change agreed prices and use the price list valid on the extension date.
Mini Hosting costs €4.39 a month, Midi Hosting €7.75, and Unlimited Hosting €9.95. All displayed website prices include VAT. The packages include unlimited traffic, unlimited email addresses and a free SSL certificate, rather than separate charges for those listed inclusions. Sitejet Builder and the GSP tools are also included free in each shared-hosting package. These inclusions apply across the range, so buying a higher-priced shared plan is not required just to receive them.
Yes. The Start Hosting order form offers annual and multi-year lease periods. One year costs €29.88, two years €59.76, three years €89.64, four years €119.52 and five years €149.40. These are prepaid hosting amounts, not a requirement to register a new domain for the same duration. Domain and hosting lease periods are configured separately in the order flow, which also allows an existing domain instead of a new registration.
No. Daily backups and restoration are included with shared hosting at no extra charge. CentoHost keeps copies for up to 90 days, and restoration is available through SmartRestore in the client panel. A restore can cover the whole account or selected files, databases, email, SSL certificates or subdomains. The backup date is selected in that tool. This included backup service is available with every web-hosting package, rather than sold only with the highest-priced shared plan.
Additional IP addresses cost €3 a month each, with up to 32 available. A VPS can also be ordered with a leased cPanel/WHM control panel or a Fully Managed service. Management covers server monitoring, network and hardware issues, supported control-panel installation, backup configuration and software upgrades. It excludes installation and configuration of customer websites, portals and third-party CMS or scripts, including WordPress and Joomla. L3/L4 DDoS protection is included without an additional charge.
Yes. The hosting order form has a ‘Use your existing domain’ option, so a new domain registration is not required. Other choices are registering a new domain, transferring an already registered domain to CentoHost's registrar, or selecting a domain already in the cart. The order then separates domain configuration from hosting configuration. Domain lease periods and additional domain options are selected before the hosting lease period and the optional own IP address.
Cancellation alone does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid. A customer can cancel through the cancellation option in the CentoHost user panel at any time, regardless of how much of the service period has been used. Refunds are also excluded when a terms-of-service violation results in permanent account suspension. After cancellation, reactivation and recovery of stored files depend on data availability, and reactivation requires payment at current service prices.
The amount depends on monthly website availability. Availability of 98–99.8% qualifies for 10%, 95–97.9% for 25%, 90–94.9% for 50%, and 89.9% or lower for 100%; 99.9–100% receives no refund. This guarantee applies to current, unexpired accounts on the listed hosting, reseller, dedicated and VPS services. It excludes scheduled or emergency maintenance, client actions, DNS issues outside CentoHost's control, email delivery and failures elsewhere on the Internet. Browser or DNS caching can also fall outside coverage.
Submit the request within 10 working days of the unavailability. Send it to prodaja@global.ba with your account number, domain name, and the dates and times your website or server was unavailable. An approved request is processed within two billing cycles, and the refund is credited to your account. The total cannot exceed the price paid for the affected month's services. Taxes are excluded, and compensation covers website unavailability for which CentoHost is directly responsible.
A suspended service can be renewed without a reactivation fee during the 25 days after expiry. After that period, the service is terminated and user files are deleted. If the hosting account's data remains available on the backup server, restoration requires the current service price plus a one-time €15 reactivation fee. Recovery therefore depends on a remaining backup after termination; the fee does not guarantee that deleted hosting data is still available to restore.
