Linux VPS hosting and cloud virtual data centers.

Savings opportunities available through CinderCloud coupon codes

CinderCloud sells Linux VPS and cloud hosting, and the offers on this page help you pay less for your order. The starter VPS begins at €4.90 monthly. Linux VPS orders carry no setup fees.

Eligible products and services

Service categories frequently on promotion

Two hosting ranges. CinderCloud offers Linux VPS subscriptions and Cloud VDC packages. Cloud VDC package 1 starts at €6.90 monthly; the VPS range runs from starter through business.

Services usually excluded from promo codes

CinderCloud's SLA discounts exclude downtime caused by customer hardware, software or misuse. Announced maintenance and circumstances beyond CinderCloud's control also fall outside that discount coverage.

Factors influencing the final discount value

Impact of billing cycle on promotional price

The term changes the payment commitment. CinderCloud subscriptions offer monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual periods. The entire selected period is payable in advance, with fees depending on the service and subscription length.

Promo codes vs. automatically applied offers

SLA discounts require a request. CinderCloud applies an approved discount by reducing the next billing period's fee. The application deadline is one month after the relevant failure is resolved.

CinderCloud Discount FAQs

The basic VPS starts at €7.95 monthly, and essential starts at €11.89. The higher tiers are professional at €18.00, premium at €24.00 and business at €31.79 per month. Basic includes four CPU cores and 12 GB RAM; essential includes six cores and 18 GB RAM. Professional moves to eight cores and 24 GB RAM, premium to twelve cores and 36 GB RAM, and business to sixteen cores and 48 GB RAM. These are starting subscription prices for the named tiers.
Cloud VDC package 2 starts at €9.95 monthly, and Cloud VDC package 3 starts at €13.89. Cloud VDC package 4 costs from €20.00, Cloud VDC package 5 from €26.00 and Cloud VDC package 6 from €33.79 per month. The packages sell resource allocations: Cloud VDC package 2 has four vCPUs, 12 GB RAM and 120 GB NVMe storage. Cloud VDC package 3 raises those allocations to six vCPUs, 18 GB RAM and 160 GB storage. Cloud VDC package 6 reaches sixteen vCPUs, 48 GB RAM and 360 GB storage. Backups remain optional across these packages.
VAT and optional backups are separate from the advertised VPS starting prices. Network transfer is unlimited, with no extra fee for the amount of traffic used. The checkout's Estimate Taxes tool uses your country and state to update the order totals. Its Order Summary separates the subtotal, tax and Total Due Today. Backup options support manual or scheduled copies, with up to seven backup files available.
Yes. A billing-cycle change can accompany a hosting-plan change in the Client Panel; keeping the same hosting plan requires a support ticket instead. The adjustment produces a prorated invoice or credit calculated from the current Next Due Date. The new billing-cycle setting takes effect once the upgrade invoice is paid. Subsequent renewal invoices use the new cycle. This gives existing VPS customers two routes: a panel change alongside a plan change, or a ticket for a term-only change.
Yes. Every VPS plan can be upgraded to a higher tier at any time through the Client Panel, but downgrading is unavailable because of the risk of data or filesystem corruption. CinderCloud also allows extra CPU, RAM and SSD resources as requirements grow, so unused capacity need not be purchased in advance. The VPS panel supports changes to both the plan and configurable options. Starter allocates 80 GB NVMe storage; business allocates 360 GB.
Yes. Buying a CinderCloud service requires an account, while browsing the website does not. Registration asks for personal and billing information, a security password and the security code shown in the picture. The account gives access to the dashboard for VPS and public cloud projects. Account details must remain complete and up to date, and login credentials must not be shared. Payment is required before a paid service is provided.
Notify CinderCloud at least 24 hours before the current subscription period ends. Cancellation later than that takes effect at the end of the next full subscription period instead. A cancellation concerns the selected service; deleting the whole account can also remove its associated services and information. CinderCloud has no obligation to archive that removed data. Unpaid fees can lead to suspension until the outstanding balance is paid, so missing a payment is not a substitute for cancelling the subscription.
Yes, the voluntary money-back window is 14 days from the service agreement, provided payment was in non-crypto currency such as EUR or PLN. Withdrawal within that window returns the full fee paid without requiring a reason. Request cancellation through the Client Panel, or contact support by email or phone. The withdrawal right is available once per service. After using it, reordering that same service does not create another refund entitlement, even after a break in using the hosting.
Credit and debit cards use Stripe; cryptocurrency payments have several gateway options. Blockonomics supports direct, automated on-chain Bitcoin payments without third-party identity verification. NOWPayments supports crypto-native checkout, while CoinGate handles alternative tokens and can apply its own compliance filters based on risk assessment. The BTC/USDT Payment checkout option supports Bitcoin and USDT. CinderCloud has replaced Cryptomus with Blockonomics, and pending invoices were updated to the replacement gateway. Stripe card payments are standard, non-anonymous transactions.
For one event affecting several availability obligations, the most favorable discount applies instead of cumulative deductions. The SLA discount is 10% of the affected service's monthly fee when availability is at least 99.0% but below 99.95%, or 50% below 99.0%. Total discounts in a month cannot exceed 100% of the fee paid for that service that month. These discounts cannot be converted into cash. In a final billing period, the remedy can cover another service purchase or an invoice correction with a partial refund.
