Adding card details is optional during the trial period. After the trial ends, the account moves into a limited or restricted mode, with a paid subscription available to restore full access.
Yes. CloudStick has a Free plan with no time limit, covering one connected server and one website. It includes no backup storage, while OpenLiteSpeed is available without an extra charge even on this tier. The Free plan also includes the visual database manager and WordPress Manager. Professional email and the advanced file manager belong to paid tiers, so those purchase requirements differ from the free account.
CloudStick subscriptions use recurring monthly or annual billing, depending on the payment term you select. Providing a payment method authorizes those recurring subscription charges at the applicable price. Subscription fees can change with at least 30 days' advance notice. Unless the notice specifies otherwise, a fee change takes effect in the billing period immediately following that notice. The paid subscription agreement begins on the date you sign up for paid services.
Yes, within seven days of starting a paid subscription. The refund window begins with the first paid payment, including when you upgrade during the free trial. Requests must reach the billing team through CloudStick's official ticketing system within that window. Processing takes around three to five business days, with money returned through the original payment method. Completed refunds downgrade the account to Free. Requests involving suspected fraud or system abuse can be refused.
CloudStick's payment screen offers Stripe and PayPal. All invoices and payments are in US dollars. Before payment, the subscription summary includes the selected plan, the current date, the next due date and the total amount. The Pay button confirms the purchase, and the new account plan activates immediately. Payments are processed by third-party providers, whose payment terms, conditions and privacy policies apply alongside the CloudStick subscription agreement.
Standalone backup plans start at $2 a month. Light includes 100 GB; Core costs $8 a month for 500 GB; Plus costs $12 a month for 1 TB; Ultra costs $20 a month for capacity beyond 1 TB. Backup upgrades activate immediately after payment. Existing backups remain in place, and the additional capacity is added to your quota. A backup storage upgrade does not require changing the account plan.
Yes. Existing customers can change their account subscription from the dashboard's billing settings. The profile menu leads to Account Settings, where the Subscriptions card opens Plans and billing. The Account Plan card shows the current tier and billing status, with an Upgrade Plan button for selecting a different subscription. Account upgrades take effect immediately. CloudStick also permits downgrades, with no contracts or cancellation penalties attached to plan changes.
Your servers keep running after cancellation. CloudStick manages the servers rather than hosting them, so cancelling removes access to its management interface while the infrastructure continues operating with your cloud provider. You can cancel the plan through the dashboard billing settings. Account termination is also available through the website or by emailing support@cloudstick.io. Charges already accrued before termination remain payable under the subscription agreement.
The Business plan includes white-label hosting. Basic and Pro do not include the white-label control panel. Business lets you replace CloudStick's name and logo with your own branding, colors and custom domain across the dashboard and client-facing screens. It also includes WordPress Magic Link and WordPress Templates, which are excluded from the lower tiers. Business includes ten team seats, compared with four on Pro and two on Basic.
Open Billing History within the Subscription section of your account. CloudStick creates an invoice for each account subscription, backup plan payment and server purchase. The Filters panel separates those service types, and its Status tab narrows the records to Paid or Unpaid transactions. Opening an invoice shows the billing details, transaction date and amount charged. Clear All restores the complete history, while accounts without a paid transaction display No Invoices Yet.
