Antimony VDS costs ₽908.25 a month, Lead VDS costs ₽1,165.50, and Krypton VDS costs ₽2,142.00. These are Russian server plans with different resource allocations. Antimony includes three virtual cores, 6 GB RAM and 40 GB SSD storage. Lead includes four cores, 8 GB RAM and 60 GB SSD storage. Krypton includes eight cores, 16 GB RAM and 90 GB SSD storage. Each lists a 200 Mbps connection and unlimited traffic.
Monthly charges fall on the calendar day the service was ordered, unless its parameters specify another schedule. CloudX deducts payment from the customer's account balance. If that day does not exist in a particular month, the billing date becomes the month's final calendar day. Both manual and automatic renewal are available, and the VPS payment options include daily and monthly billing. Services can be suspended when payment is missing.
A past campaign can have a fixed ordering window and payment requirement. CloudX's Cosmonautics Day VDS sale ran from April 12 to April 19, 2025, so that campaign is over. It offered 30% off the first month or an annual payment and required a single payment for the selected term of at least one month. The promotion was entered while purchasing a VDS, rather than applied to every service in the account.
A CloudX account is required to order services. Registration requires accurate customer details, including a personal name or organization name, email address and telephone number. CloudX can request additional identity documents, or company documents and proof of authority for a business customer. Refusing an identity check can delay or prevent service access. The selected service, its parameters and its cost are established when the order is placed through the personal account.
Bitcoin and bank transfer are supported CloudX payment options. Payments can fund the account balance for prepaid services, and services can also be paid for when renewed. Payment-system and bank commissions are the customer's responsibility, so those charges sit outside the server tariff. CloudX can change its bank details; payments made using obsolete details after replacement details have been published remain the customer's responsibility.
The entry CloudX FTP storage configuration costs ₽10 a month for 10 GB. Storage is offered separately, with a size selector extending to 1,000 GB. The service includes FTP, FTPS and SFTP access, a web file manager, and connections of up to 1 Gbps. Traffic has no stated limit on this storage plan. Backup space can be increased through the service controls when the stored files require more capacity.
AlphaSSL costs ₽1,365 per year, while AlphaSSL Wildcard costs ₽3,463.95 per year. Both are available to individuals and organizations and use domain ownership validation. The standard certificate can cover the main domain and its www address when the www name is supplied in the order. Wildcard covers the domain and subdomains at the specified level. GlobalSign DomainSSL is another purchase option at ₽2,518.95 per year, with specified additional subdomains charged separately.
No. CloudX excludes services purchased with a discount, promotion or special offer from refunds. Other exclusions include cryptocurrency payments, service renewals and dedicated server rental. Voluntarily stopping use before the paid period ends also does not qualify. Refunds are unavailable for customer-caused IP blocklisting, spam or other service-rule violations, and attempts to abuse the refund process, including multiple accounts, are excluded as well.
A substantial provider-caused failure can qualify when it prevents use and affects guaranteed resources. Guaranteed VPS resources are CPU, RAM and storage. Substantial failures include unavailability exceeding 24 hours or resources falling below 80% of the purchased allocation. CloudX can compensate through an extension, account credit or partial refund. Cash refunds generally concern outages exceeding 48 consecutive hours or failure to restore service within a reasonable time.
Submit a personal-account support ticket titled “Refund” to the Accounting department. Include the problem description, dates and times, and supporting logs or screenshots. Review takes up to five working days after receiving complete information. An approved refund normally uses the original payment method and takes up to 14 working days after approval. A refusal can be appealed within seven working days; appeal review takes up to three working days.
