Lucky 3 is the lowest-priced shared-hosting option at $2.95. Lucky 9 costs $7.65, and Lucky 12 costs $9.25. Lucky 3 covers two websites, two databases and five email accounts; Lucky 9 covers six websites, six databases and fifteen mailboxes. Lucky 12 raises those allowances to eight websites, eight databases and twenty mailboxes. Each of these plans includes an SSL certificate, antispam protection, antivirus protection and the script installer in its listed price.
Bud 12 starts at $10.80 a month. The other reseller options are Bud 24 at $19.90, Bud 48 at $36.50 and Bud 72 at $49.70 a month. The first two cover ten and twenty users respectively, while the larger two allow unlimited users. All four allow unlimited websites and include SSL certificates. An additional reseller user costs $0.50 a month, providing a separately priced alternative to buying a larger package solely for another user.
The price depends on the extension. A .com domain costs $14.29 to register and $14.79 to renew; .net costs $17.89 to register and $22.39 to renew. For .org, the corresponding prices are $18.29 and $22.49. Domain privacy protection is separately priced at $5.85 for these extensions. Transfers cost $14.79 for .com, $17.89 for .net and $18.29 for .org. The domain-management section in the client area provides renewal and auto-renewal controls.
Extra resources have separate monthly prices. One additional IP costs $3.50 a month, and another gigabyte of disk space costs $1.00 a month. RAM increases start at $1.50 a month, while CPU increases start at $1.00 a month. A dedicated IPv4 address can be ordered from the client area. After payment, CloverHost assigns that address to the hosting account within one hour. These resource charges are additions to the selected hosting package.
Positive SSL costs $15 a year, with installation included at no extra charge. Essential SSL costs $20 a year, Instant SSL costs $40 a year and Sectigo EV SSL costs $135 a year. Positive SSL, Essential SSL and Instant SSL use domain-name verification; Sectigo EV SSL uses extended verification. CloverHost installs certificates purchased from it on the website and provides HTTPS redirect setup advice. Average issuance time is 35 minutes after the request is confirmed.
Shared hosting has a 14-day MoneyBack window from service activation. The refund covers the prepaid billing period, less the payment system's commission, and requires a customer request with a substantive reason for cancellation. CloverHost can refuse a request without a justified reason. Eligibility is limited to first-time orders: after ordering and receiving a refund, a repeat order cannot receive another refund. MoneyBack does not cover other service categories, including VPS and dedicated servers.
CloverHost accepts payments through LiqPay and Interkassa, alongside other systems available when paying. Payments are made against an issued invoice in the billing interface. Customers normally pay their own invoices from the billing panel; a manual payment requires an arrangement in advance. If a payment is transferred by mistake, the customer can request its return through the ticket system within five working days. The returned amount excludes the payment system's transfer commission.
An overdue invoice loses its discounts. CloverHost requires invoices to be paid in full within seven days, or by the specific deadline shown on the invoice when an earlier date applies. Missing that deadline can result in the ordered service being blocked and cancelled without restoration. Late payment can also suspend other services on the same customer account. The customer is responsible for tracking invoice deadlines; an overdue invoice is treated as a request to terminate the service.
No. CloverHost requires full prepayment and does not provide a trial period. Registration creates a customer account in the billing system. Selected new customers may need to complete identity confirmation when ordering: this requires a passport scan or photograph showing the photo and registration pages, plus a phone number in international format. The passport series and number may be concealed. Accepting the checkout agreement also authorises the processing of personal information for the order.
Server administration is a separate purchase. CloverHost sells it as a subscription or a one-time service; customers otherwise handle operating systems, software, scripts and server monitoring themselves. Unused monthly administration subscriptions do not carry forward and are non-refundable. Software licences, including Windows and DirectAdmin licences, provide use for the licence rental term. Technical support is excluded from the software licence price and is provided by the software manufacturer through its own support resources.
