Craftserve supports automatic subscriptions and separate manual renewal payments. With a subscription, payment is deducted for each subsequent subscription period. With separate payments, you pay for the next period yourself. Before the current period ends, an email gives the expiry date and the applicable extension fee. Paying before expiry makes the next period start immediately after the current one ends. Each extension creates a new server-service agreement for that subscription period.
Your existing agreement keeps its agreed fees. A change to Craftserve pricing does not alter charges under contracts concluded before that change takes effect. Subsequent billing periods after the agreement ends use the new price list. The server agreement runs for a fixed period, with extension available by paying for another subscription period. A prepaid period therefore has different pricing protection from a future extension ordered after a price change.
A late renewal starts when Craftserve receives the payment. If payment for the next period has not arrived, access to the server is blocked. Craftserve retains the customer data for 45 calendar days, counted from the day after the subscription period expires. During that retention window, paying the subscription fee reactivates the service. The new period begins on the payment-receipt date rather than immediately after the expired period.
Yes. The free server trial lasts 24 hours from the moment access is granted. You submit an email address, and server access is sent there. During the trial, you use the server package you selected. The trial creates no obligation to enter a paid server-service agreement. When it ends, the server shuts down automatically. Continuing afterward requires a separate server-service agreement through Craftserve's purchase process.
Eligible consumers and entrepreneurs with consumer rights can withdraw within 14 days of concluding the agreement. A withdrawal statement submitted before the deadline receives an email acknowledgement. For a service that has not been fully performed, the refund deducts a proportional charge for hosting already provided up to withdrawal. A fully performed service is excluded from this withdrawal right. The remaining payment returns within 14 days of receipt of the statement, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise.
Craftserve accepts payments through PayNow and PayPal. The available methods include bank transfer, BLIK, credit cards, debit cards and Apple Pay, alongside Visa Checkout and Twisto. For hosting payments, the payment date is the day the subscription fee reaches Craftserve's bank account. The server-service agreement is concluded when you select the purchase-and-pay option and make the required payment. Paid hosting therefore requires both the order submission and payment.
Craftserve offers prices in Polish złoty, US dollars and euros. The applicable VAT rate is charged according to the buyer's current location and the relevant tax rules. These currency choices apply to services and packages sold through the store. Your account settings let you edit the selected billing currency, along with your username, email address and password. Craftserve requires accurate customer details for purchases, including transactions completed on behalf of a business.
You can end the account agreement through the deletion option in your account settings. The account is removed within seven days of the request. During that interval, you can stop the process by logging back into the panel and cancelling deletion in settings. Ending or withdrawing from the account agreement also ends any server-service agreement already concluded through that account. This route closes the account and its associated hosting agreements together.
Craftserve sends proof of purchase by email after your payment is credited. The same message confirms access to the purchased server service and supplies the server's unique ID. Its allocated parameters and service period correspond to the package selected in the order. A VAT invoice is available for you to generate in the customer panel. The order email supplies the purchase receipt, while invoice generation is handled through your account.
Eligible consumers and entrepreneurs with consumer rights can request immediate delivery, then withdraw if Craftserve still does not provide access. The delivery request can be sent by email to support@craftserve.pl. Certain statutory circumstances also allow withdrawal without first requesting delivery. When withdrawal follows non-delivery of the server service, Craftserve stops providing that service and refunds any payment received within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal statement. This concerns access not being delivered after the agreement is concluded.
