Propane grill tank exchanges and spare tanks delivered to your home.
Savings opportunities available through Cynch coupon codes
Cynch offers several practical ways to lower a propane delivery order. A tank exchange costs less than a spare because the used cylinder is collected. For ZIP 30309, Exchange A Used Tank is $26.99, while Buy A Spare Tank is $70.99. Standard delivery dates are marked FREE in that location's order form. Front door and garage placement are free options, while other locations carry an additional charge. Cynch accepts standard grill-sized exchange tanks from other providers, including old or expired tanks. Each delivered cylinder contains a net weight of 15 pounds of propane.

Cynch's online order choices are Tank Exchange and Spare Tank. An exchange replaces a used standard grill-sized cylinder with a filled cylinder; a spare purchase supplies both the propane and the steel cylinder. That difference sets the starting amount before any discount on the offers on this page. Local pricing becomes available after entering a delivery ZIP code. The order form then separates tank quantities, delivery dates and tank placement. A buyer can select exchanges, spare tanks or both. Delivery availability and available delivery options are determined by the service area.
Services usually excluded from promo codes
Tank placement charges and applicable taxes belong in the final Cynch order calculation. For ZIP 30309, back or side placement adds $3.99, while Driveway/In Front of Garage and Front Porch/Stoop are the other listed choices. Cynch can charge taxes, levies or duties required by the jurisdiction where an order is placed or filled, in addition to service fees. A Spare Tank also includes the steel cylinder, which makes that purchase more expensive than an exchange. These separately priced choices affect the amount paid alongside the offers on this page.
Factors influencing the final discount value
Impact of billing cycle on promotional price
Cynch takes payment for each order in advance. There is no subscription or commitment to keep using the service, and a single order does not obligate the customer to another unless otherwise agreed. That makes the purchase amount depend on the tanks and delivery choices selected for that order. Service fees and charges can change after revised amounts are posted on the website. The next purchase therefore uses the pricing available when it is ordered. Cynch sends an email receipt for account charges unless another arrangement has been agreed.
Promo codes vs. automatically applied offers
Free standard delivery is a selectable Cynch order option, with FREE displayed beside Standard Delivery for ZIP 30309. Free front door or garage placement is another built-in way to keep the delivery total lower. These choices are part of configuring the order before registration. The tank purchase is then paid in advance with an approved credit card. Applicable taxes can be charged alongside the service fees. The offers on this page belong alongside that order calculation; the tank selection, delivery choice and placement remain concrete parts of the amount paid.

A Cynch tank exchange has a lower starting cost than buying a spare tank. For ZIP 30309, Exchange A Used Tank is $26.99 and Buy A Spare Tank is $70.99 before the order's other applicable charges. The difference comes from returning a used cylinder rather than purchasing the steel cylinder along with the propane. An exchange requires a standard grill-sized tank, and Cynch accepts tanks originally purchased from another provider. The order begins with a delivery ZIP code, which establishes local pricing and service availability. Tank quantities, delivery date and drop off location follow. A buyer with a suitable used cylinder can select the exchange option to pay the lower tank amount.
Yes, Cynch accepts old or expired standard grill-sized tanks for exchange. The exchange purchase is cheaper because Cynch takes the used cylinder away, while a spare purchase includes a steel cylinder. A tank originally bought from another provider also qualifies when it is the standard grill size. Enter the delivery ZIP code first, then choose how many tanks to exchange. During checkout, select the location where the used tanks will be accessible to the driver. Cynch cannot collect a tank from inside the home. The used tank is set out at the chosen drop off location the night before delivery so the driver can complete the exchange.
Choose an available free standard delivery option to keep the Cynch order's delivery charge lower. Delivery options depend on the ZIP code entered at the start of the purchase. The order form for ZIP 30309 places FREE beside Standard Delivery in Select Your Delivery Date. Tank quantities are selected before the date and drop off location. Cynch also provides free front door and garage tank placement options, while several other locations are paid choices. The tank purchase remains payable in advance using an approved credit card, and applicable taxes can accompany service fees. Selecting the available free delivery and free placement options keeps those configurable delivery costs down.
Cynch's free front door or garage placement options help keep the delivery total lower. The driver sees the tank location selected during checkout and goes there to find the used tank. Several other placement options are paid conveniences, so the location affects the order calculation alongside any discount. The order form follows tank quantities and the delivery date with TANK LOCATION. Used exchange tanks must be accessible outside the home because drivers cannot enter a residence or leave cylinders inside. A customer does not need to be home when access instructions allow the delivery to be completed. The free accessible placement choices provide the lower-charge route for that part of the order.
Cynch can charge applicable taxes, levies or duties in addition to the order's service fees. Those charges depend on the jurisdiction where the order is placed or filled. Payment is made in advance using a valid approved credit card during the ordering and registration process. Local tank amounts become available after a delivery ZIP code is entered, and the customer then chooses tank quantities, a delivery date and a drop off location. Paid placement options are another part of the purchase calculation. Unless otherwise agreed, an email receipt records the charges to the account. Cynch can provide current additional fees and taxes through support@cynch.com for the specific purchase.
A Cynch order does not start an ongoing subscription or commitment to use the service. Unless otherwise agreed, placing one order also does not obligate a customer to place additional orders. The purchase is paid at the time it is ordered, rather than through a recurring subscription cycle. A delivery ZIP code establishes availability and local tank pricing before quantities, delivery date and location are selected. Exchange and spare tank purchases have different starting amounts because the spare includes the steel cylinder. Service fees can change after updated amounts are posted online. Each later order can therefore be configured using the tank and delivery choices needed for that purchase.
A later Cynch order uses the service pricing available for that purchase. Cynch's fees and charges are subject to change after revised amounts are posted on its website. One order does not require another unless the customer has agreed otherwise, and payment is due when an order is placed. The delivery ZIP code reveals the local tank choices before the customer selects quantities, delivery date and tank location. Exchange purchases have a lower starting amount than spare purchases because the used cylinder is collected. Free and paid placement choices also affect the calculation. An available free placement option keeps that component of a later order lower.
Cynch accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover for payment. The purchase terms require advance payment through a valid approved credit card during ordering and registration. Customers must provide complete, accurate and current billing and contact information for their orders. If the card is rejected or payment is not received in time, Cynch can suspend access to the account and service. The order configuration includes local tank pricing, a delivery date and a tank location before registration. Applicable taxes can be charged in addition to service fees, and Cynch emails a receipt unless otherwise agreed. Keeping the billing information current supports payment for the selected delivery.
A Cynch exchange requires the used tank to be accessible at the selected drop off location. The driver follows the location chosen during checkout to find the cylinder and complete the exchange. Cynch cannot enter the home to collect a tank, and it can refuse service if the cylinders cannot reasonably be accessed. If the tank was not left out, customer service can help with rescheduling, depending on the timing. Calling earlier gives Cynch an opportunity to address the problem before driving to the delivery address. The ordering steps specify setting out the exchange tank the night before delivery at the location selected for that order.
Cynch Customer Service can help explain an order's charges by email or telephone. Current additional fees and taxes can be requested through support@cynch.com, and the contact options include telephone support. Applicable taxes, levies and duties can be charged alongside Cynch service fees. Tank choice also matters: a spare includes the steel cylinder, while an exchange returns the used cylinder and has a lower starting amount. Several tank placement options are paid conveniences, with front door and garage choices available free. Cynch supplies an email receipt for account charges unless otherwise agreed. That receipt provides the recorded charges for a conversation about the particular order.
