Annual subscription fees are paid in advance, and the refund window applies to the subscription start or renewal rather than only to new customers. Monthly subscriptions, where available, are not eligible for this refund under Dashlane's personal-plan terms. The website checkout displays a 30-day money-back guarantee beside the payment details. Canceling stops automatic renewal, but cancellation alone does not request your money back. For website purchases paid by credit card, complete cancellation in the browser app, then select Request refund and Confirm request. Submit that separate refund request within the 30-day window.
Dashlane issues refunds for website credit-card purchases within 3 to 5 business days after the refund request. Processing times can vary, so that interval should not be treated as a guaranteed arrival time for the money. Annual subscriptions qualify for a full subscription-fee refund when requested within 30 days of the subscription start or renewal. Canceling your subscription turns off autorenewal and preserves your plan until the billing period ends, but requesting a refund is a separate step. In the browser app, the refund link appears after cancellation is complete. Select Request refund, then Confirm request to submit it.
