Payment for the friend's subscription triggers the referral, while reward processing happens monthly and may take 30 days. The credit is paid directly into the friend's account for use within Ditto. You can request a full Ditto Music Promo refund before returning the campaign questionnaire. Once the campaign is in production, work already completed cannot be refunded. After purchase, the confirmation email contains the link to the Promo Questionnaire, which asks about you, the release and the intended campaign timing. A campaign can start at any point within 12 months of purchase, with the requested timing supplied through that questionnaire. The questionnaire therefore serves both as the campaign setup step and the relevant boundary for a full refund request.
