After delivery, a revision period allows adjustments to the digital files within the allowance agreed for that order.

The estimate depends on built area, interior or exterior scope, building complexity and the selected level of detail. For multi-floor buildings, built area is the sum of all floor areas. Prices exclude VAT. The quoted output is an architectural model compatible with Revit and IFC, excluding MEP, metadata and automation.

Normal Priority reduces the base price by 15%, while Relaxed Priority reduces it by 25%. Normal Priority places the order at the front of the queue, with delivery as fast as the project allows. Relaxed Priority uses flexible scheduling and starts within 30 calendar days. Highest Priority uses the base price for an immediate start and dedicated focus until delivery. Project payments are non-refundable, except for termination due to a material breach by ENGINYRING. Cancellation for convenience requires written notice and payment for completed work, incurred expenses and 50% of the remaining unpaid fees. Work completed by termination is delivered after full payment. A force-majeure event lasting more than 30 days allows either party to terminate without penalty. ENGINYRING retains working files and intermediate materials when a project ends.
Changes to scope, specifications, deliverables or timelines require a written change-order request. ENGINYRING evaluates feasibility, cost and schedule within five business days. The change takes effect after both parties accept it in writing, the additional fees are paid in advance and the revised timeline is confirmed. The base project fee includes one revision round for interpretation errors, specification deviations or technical inaccuracies; requirement changes, deficient source data and subjective preferences are billed separately.
