Fireflies.ai Coupons & Promo Codes

Fireflies.ai offers nonprofits and NGOs a 10% discount on Pro, Business and Enterprise, covering both monthly and yearly plans. Students also qualify for this discount on the same paid tiers and billing intervals. To arrange the nonprofit discount before paying, create your Fireflies account with your organization's email domain, then email support@fireflies.ai from your NGO email address. Request a discounted invoice and pay that invoice directly when it arrives to upgrade your account to a paid plan. This route puts the discount on the invoice before you make the payment. For signup with a custom organization email, that address must use a paid Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 account.

Canceling your discounted Fireflies.ai annual subscription stops the next billing charge while paid features remain available through your current billing period. Your workspace then switches to the Free plan, and existing meetings, transcripts and recordings remain accessible within Free plan limits. To cancel, open Settings, select Account and find your active plan under Subscriptions. Click Cancel, select a reason from the dropdown and click Continue after adding any optional feedback. The AskFred assistance step can be skipped by selecting Proceed With Cancellation. Complete the final confirmation using Cancel Subscription, or Cancel Team Subscription for a team plan; this final button completes the cancellation that prevents another billing cycle.

Eligible Fireflies.ai promotional and regional discounts apply automatically when you activate the free trial. The trial starts on Business and lasts seven days, with a valid credit or debit card required for activation. After selecting Start free trial, choose Monthly or Annual billing; Monthly is selected by default. Enter your card details, including the card number, expiry date, security code and country. You pay nothing when the trial starts, but Business billing begins if you continue beyond the seven days without canceling. Before clicking Start Free Trial to activate it, review the confirmation at the bottom of the screen: Today's charge should show $0.00.

Fireflies.ai charges the saved card marked Active for future subscription renewals and invoices. Only the current Billing Admin can manage payment cards for a workspace with an active paid subscription. To change the card, open Settings, select Billing and scroll to Payment. Click ADD CARD, enter the new card's details and select Save; adding it alone does not make it the default. You need at least two saved cards to change the default payment method. Hover over the new card and select Make Default under Actions. The selected card should then display Active, which identifies the payment method Fireflies will use for future invoices.

An eligible Fireflies.ai subscription refund takes 5–10 business days to appear on your original payment method. Eligibility depends on your subscription's billing interval and meeting usage, with refunds covering subscription plans rather than AI Credits add-ons. A monthly subscription qualifies for a full refund when it has been active for seven days or less and has logged three meetings or fewer. To request help with the payment, open your Fireflies dashboard and use the purple chat button in the bottom right. Select Contact Support and request the refund for your subscription charge. Your card details must remain saved in your Fireflies account so the refund can be processed.

Fireflies.ai applies its annual discount when you select Annual in the upgrade summary's Billing cycle section. Only the current Billing Admin can change subscription plans, and the upgrade takes effect immediately after payment is processed. For a mid-cycle upgrade, Fireflies charges the prorated difference between your old and new plans for the remaining days of your current billing period. Open Settings, select Billing and click the purple Upgrade button in the banner below your plan details. In the summary, adjust Number of seats, select the billing cycle and review the pricing breakdown and selected Card. The Annual toggle is the step that applies the annual discount before you confirm with Upgrade.

Fireflies.ai prices annual AI Credits subscriptions 20% lower than equivalent monthly subscriptions. You must have a paid Fireflies plan to purchase this add-on, and annual billing changes the price and renewal frequency while keeping the monthly credit allowance the same. To select the billing interval, open Settings, go to Billing and locate AI Credits. Click Edit, then Edit Subscription to open the Upgrade AI Credits Package window. Select Annual and adjust the slider between 50 and 10,000 credits per month; the displayed price updates for the package and billing interval. Before clicking Update, turn Auto upgrade off if you want to prevent automatic moves to higher credit packages.

Fireflies.ai AI Credits purchases are non-refundable, including purchases made with annual billing savings. The AI Credits subscription is managed separately from your main Fireflies plan, so you can cancel the add-on without canceling your meeting subscription. To stop future credit billing, open Settings, select Billing and locate AI Credits. Click Edit and choose Cancel Subscription, then enter your reason, select Continue and click Cancel to finish. You retain access to the credits until the end of the current billing period, after which the subscription ends and automatic billing stops. If you only want to stop automatic package increases, select Edit Subscription instead, turn Auto upgrade off and click Update.

Fireflies.ai converts the seven-day AI Credits trial to a paid subscription at $5 monthly, or the plan selected when starting the trial. A reminder arrives before conversion so you can cancel in Settings if you do not want to continue. Auto-Upgrade is enabled by default for this trial, and running out of credits can move your subscription to a higher tier. Those upgrades also affect future billing periods unless you downgrade or disable Auto-Upgrade. On annual AI Credits subscriptions, upgrade charges are prorated against the annual billing cycle. To control additional credit spending, open Settings and Billing, where you can edit or cancel the subscription and disable Auto-Upgrade.

Fireflies.ai offers a full annual subscription refund when the current subscription is seven days old or less with 20 meetings or fewer. Annual plans do not qualify for prorated refunds, so both the time and meeting conditions matter for a full refund. The refund covers the Fireflies subscription plan and excludes AI Credits add-ons. To submit the request, go to your Fireflies dashboard and open the purple chat widget at the bottom right of the app. Select Contact Support and ask for a subscription refund. Leave your card details saved in the account, because Fireflies requires a stored card to process the return to your original payment method.

Yes. A Fireflies.ai coupon and a promo code are the same thing: paste the code in the promo field at checkout before you pay.
