Arcade parts and joystick customization products.

Savings opportunities available through Focus Attack coupon codes

Focus Attack offers savings through rewards coupons, clearance items, and qualifying shipping discounts. The shop sells arcade parts and joystick customization products. FA Economy shipping is $3.95 for domestic orders with a subtotal of at least $40, including Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. International purchases reaching that subtotal receive 25% off eligible postal shipping. Clearance products have their own reduced prices and will not be restocked. Rewards turn sufficient points into coupons or special offers, while the Ways to Earn tab includes social interactions and birthday points.

Eligible products and services

Service categories frequently on promotion

Focus Attack prices individual products, including joysticks, pushbuttons, electrical items, and custom artwork. Sales & Clearance uses separate Was and Now amounts for its reduced products. The 12-inch Flat Ribbon Floppy PVC Drive Cable with 20-Pin (2x10) Female Headers is listed at $0.25, with shipping calculated at checkout. A purchase can also qualify for shipping promotions according to its subtotal and destination. Those reduced shipping quotes appear after the shipping discount has been applied. Rewards coupons are entered for the purchase itself, with only one coupon allowed in the shopping cart or at checkout.

Services usually excluded from promo codes

Focus Attack treats shipping and international import charges separately from product prices. VAT and customs fees belong to the destination country's import rules, and checkout cannot present those individual country charges. Customs declarations use the actual retail amount of the merchandise. The international shipping promotion covers only USPS First Class International and USPS Priority Mail International. Clearance purchases also carry a separate return condition: refunds or store credit require a defect assessed by the technical team, or damage that cannot be replaced. Custom items cannot be returned for a refund or exchanged for another custom order.

Factors influencing the final discount value

Impact of billing cycle on promotional price

Focus Attack charges a credit card when the customer completes checkout. Its arcade parts are ordered as individual purchases, with the selected items forming the order subtotal and shipping calculated separately. Rewards timing follows fulfillment: points arrive within 24 hours after the order status becomes Shipped or Completed, accompanied by an order-status email. Reward points expire within one year of purchase. A later discount sale does not produce a refund for an order already placed or shipped before that sale. The discount decision therefore belongs to the purchase being submitted, while its newly earned rewards become available after fulfillment.

Promo codes vs. automatically applied offers

Focus Attack requires rewards points to be converted into a coupon before they can be applied during checkout. The rewards module provides redeemable coupons or special offers when the account has sufficient points. Only one coupon is permitted per purchase, whether entered in the shopping cart or checkout. Shipping promotions work differently: qualifying reductions are calculated in real time, and the displayed shipping quote already includes the discount. The order summary does not compare the original shipping quote with the reduced quote. Rewards coupons can accompany some sale events, but the checkout still accepts a single coupon for the purchase.

Accessing active codes for Focus Attack

Focus Attack places the Coupon / gift certificate field in the checkout Order Summary. First choose the product and its quantity, add it to the cart, and proceed to checkout. The summary identifies the item and shows Subtotal, Shipping, Tax, and Total (USD). Enter the selected coupon in that field and press APPLY. Returning customers encounter the Customer sign-in section before continuing through Shipping, Billing, and Payment. Rewards points need redemption before coupon entry; the checkout accepts the resulting coupon rather than an unconverted points balance. A redeemed rewards coupon must be applied when placing the order. Scroll up for the current Focus Attack offers.

Focus Attack Discount FAQs

Enter your Focus Attack promo code in the Coupon / gift certificate field within the checkout Order Summary. Choose the item and quantity before moving from your cart to checkout. The summary lists the merchandise alongside Subtotal, Shipping, Tax, and Total (USD), with APPLY beside the coupon entry. Returning customers also have a Customer section for signing in before the Shipping, Billing, and Payment steps. If the coupon comes from rewards, the points must first be redeemed for a coupon; a points balance is not the checkout entry. The redeemed coupon belongs on the order being placed, because rewards discounts cannot be added afterwards.

A Focus Attack rewards coupon cannot be reused after it has been used, and checkout accepts only one coupon per purchase. Sharing a rewards coupon is permitted, but its single-use rule still applies to the recipient and original account holder. An unused redeemed coupon can go on a subsequent order; its expiration runs one year from when the points were received. A rewards balance must also be converted into a coupon before it can be applied at checkout. The rewards module's My FA.Rewards tab lists the available rewards for an account with enough points. Returning customers encounter a sign-in section before completing their purchase.

Focus Attack permits one coupon code per purchase, including purchases entered through the shopping cart or checkout. Rewards coupons can be used during some discount sale events, but that does not permit entering multiple coupons on the same order. Sale pricing and a second typed coupon are separate choices under those rules. A rewards coupon starts with redemption of sufficient account points in the rewards module. Its coupon can then be applied during checkout, whereas qualifying shipping promotions are calculated automatically in the displayed shipping quote. The coupon must accompany the submitted order; an order placed without its rewards coupon does not qualify for a later rewards adjustment.

Focus Attack guest purchases do not earn rewards points, even when the buyer already has a store account. Points are awarded to orders placed after registration with the free rewards program and require the customer to be logged in at checkout. The system uses that login to recognize the registered rewards account. For qualifying orders, points arrive within 24 hours after the status changes to Shipped or Completed; the customer receives an email about the status change. Once the account has enough points, the rewards module allows redemption for a coupon or special offer. Registration and login must precede the purchase that is intended to earn those future discounts.

Focus Attack does not apply a forgotten rewards coupon to an order after it has been placed. The discount must be entered when submitting the purchase, and requests for a rewards adjustment on orders without the coupon are not honored. An unused coupon can instead be applied to the next order, with expiration one year from when the points were received. Redemption converts a points balance into the coupon used at checkout, rather than applying those points directly. The coupon entry appears in the Order Summary beside the APPLY button. That next purchase remains subject to the limit of one coupon per order.

Focus Attack can retrieve a missing rewards coupon when you contact orders@focusattack.com. The coupon email is automatically sent to the address supplied when registering for FA.Rewards, so the registered inbox is the relevant destination. A missing message may be in that address's spam filter; if it cannot be located, order support handles retrieval. The rewards module separately shows the rewards an account can redeem when it has enough points. Redemption produces a coupon that can be entered during checkout, rather than spending the points balance directly in the order. Recovering the email before placing the purchase matters because rewards discounts cannot be attached to orders afterwards.

Focus Attack clearance items qualify for refunds or store credit only under its specified defect or damage conditions. Ordinary clearance purchases are outside the standard return policy, and these products will not be restocked. A refund or store credit requires the technical team to assess the item as defective, or damaged and unable to be replaced. Returns use the account's Complete Orders link and Return Item(s) button, followed by item selection and a submitted return request. Authorization brings a follow-up email with return instructions. Sending merchandise without first obtaining an authorized return request leads to a 20% restocking deduction from the refund.

A Focus Attack custom item cannot be returned for a refund or exchanged for another custom order. Custom purchases contain unique layouts or elements requested by the customer, so their refund conditions differ from standard merchandise. Damage claims follow a different process and must be made within 30 days of delivery. The claim email goes to orders@focusattack.com with the order ID, pictures of the damaged artwork or plexi, and pictures of the packaging. Domestic damage claims receive replacement artwork or plexi within the normal custom turnaround; international damaged orders receive refunds based on damage photographs. Orders reaching Moving to Production, Complete, or Shipped cannot be changed or cancelled.

Focus Attack deducts the points earned on returned items when the return refund is requested and granted. If those points were already redeemed for a coupon, the deduction can take the rewards account below zero. Further purchases that do not result in returns or refunds are needed to restore a positive balance. Defective returns have a specific exception: points are not deducted when support deems the item defective and provides a prepaid return label. The normal return refund covers the order subtotal rather than its original shipping cost. Included bonus items must accompany their associated purchase when returned, because missing bonus merchandise affects the refund.

Focus Attack applies its qualifying international shipping discount automatically in the cart or checkout shipping quote. Orders with subtotals of $40 or more receive 25% off normal USPS First Class or Priority Mail International shipping rates. The reduction is limited to those postal methods, and the displayed quote is already discounted. Checkout does not show the original rate alongside the reduced rate for comparison. Shipping estimates use the customer's country, state or province, and ZIP code. International VAT and customs charges are separate destination-country fees that the store cannot present at checkout. Customs declarations also use the merchandise's actual retail amount, rather than its coupon-adjusted value.
