How long does it take to process a refund?

10-15 days total. Email billing@genie9.com. Provide order info. Funds return to card/PayPal. Patience required.

Why isn't my Genie9 promo code working at checkout?

Codes like 'GENIE70' (70% off) exist. Check if code applies to Home vs Server. 90% off deals happen (Black Friday). Case sensitivity kills codes. Type it exactly. 80%+ discount voids refund guarantee.

Does Genie9 offer a money-back guarantee?

Thirty-day money-back guarantee! First-time purchase only. Full refund if unsatisfied. BUT: Orders with >80% discount are NON-REFUNDABLE. Heavy discount = Final Sale. Watch the savings percentage.

Can I get a refund for renewal?

No. Renewals non-refundable. Guarantee for initial order only. Cancel auto-renewal in account. Forgotten subscription is your cost. Set reminders.

What happens if I upgrade?

Upgrades non-refundable. Guarantee applies to first buy. Upgrading implies satisfaction. No cash back on difference. Choose right edition first.

Can I use multiple promo codes on one order?

One code per transaction. Stacking is banned. Choose the code with the biggest discount. Trying to combine offers fails. The system blocks it. Pick wisely.

Are there discounts for server edition?

Yes, discounts apply to Server edition too. High value savings. 'GENIE70' works broadly. Check exclusions. Business backup for cheap.

What happens after refund request?

License keys deactivated. Software stops working. Review takes 1-2 days. Processing 3-5 days. Funds return 5-10 days. Standard procedure.

Can I get a refund for backup disaster?

Guarantee covers 'satisfaction'. Technical failure valid. Data loss liability limited (read TOS). Refund of purchase price only. No damages paid.

What payment methods does Genie9 accept?

Cards, PayPal. Payment options standard. Recurring billing for subscriptions of main software. Failed payments stop backup. Keep details current.
