HostiMan's introductory promotion fails if it was already used on your account or the selected billing period is not monthly. The trial period is also ineligible for this offer. A RuGold order lets you choose the payment period before selecting the control panel, builder and additional IPv4 options. Those configuration choices determine the amount due before the service is added to the cart. For promotion questions, the sales department handles account tickets. The account menu includes Open ticket, and ticket replies must be submitted inside the account. A detailed ticket can include the sequence of actions and a screenshot of the problem.
Cancelling your HostiMan service stops further renewal invoices, either immediately or at the end of its paid term. Open the service management interface and select Close service. The cancellation screen offers both timing choices. Cancellation prevents the next renewal invoice and cancels existing renewal invoices for that service. Confirming cancellation removes the service according to the selected cancellation timing. Automatic cancellation does not issue a refund; a request for unused funds goes to the sales department through a ticket. Automatic renewal can also be switched off through the renewal setting in the service management interface. That renewal-setting change takes effect immediately in the service management interface.
HostiMan's first-month discount ends after the introductory payment; renewal uses the tariff applicable when the service renews. Automatic renewal operates separately from that promotion. With sufficient account funds, it renews a service two weeks before the paid period ends; otherwise it acts after balance funding. Hosting and VDS service management includes the renewal setting. The balance-management area also lets you fund the account and manage renewal settings across services. An invoice containing several services is not paid automatically from balance if any included service has automatic renewal disabled. That invoice requires manual payment through the invoice area, where you select the invoice and payment method.
HostiMan's free-domain promotion cannot be combined with other promotions, bonuses or promo codes. Domain registration lets you choose HostiMan DNS, your own DNS records or parking without a hosting service. Domain ordering distinguishes a new registration from a transfer, and the chosen domain must be available for registration. Domain renewal is a separately charged operation, even when the hosting service renews. SSL has another included benefit: paid-service customers can obtain a free Let's Encrypt certificate using the certificate ordering instructions. Commercial certificates are separate products. Once an invoice is issued, payment is handled through the account's invoice area by selecting that invoice and an available payment method.

Discounted HostiMan hosting can qualify for a refund, with deductions and service restrictions. After the initial refund period, refunds cover unused days proportionally to the remaining service term. Payment-system commissions and other incurred costs are deducted. If hosting included a promotional domain, its registration cost is also deducted. Company-rule or applicable-law violations prevent refunds. The refund request must cover both the return of funds and cancellation of the service, rather than cancellation alone. Dedicated servers, domain registration, renewal and transfer, and SSL certificates are nonrefundable. Refund and service-cancellation requests go to the sales department through an account ticket. The automated Close service action does not return funds, so a refund requires the separate refund request.
HostiMan offers a requested hosting trial lasting 30 days and a VPS/VDS trial lasting 14 days, subject to approval. The trial is available once. Choose the Trial period billing option when ordering, then send the sales department a ticket explaining the intended use and providing the required identity-document photograph. A manager activates the service after approval, and HostiMan can refuse the trial. Identity-document activation uses a photograph taken against the HostiMan website; the document's name must remain readable. Registering a paid domain can instead activate Free hosting and a hosting trial automatically without documents. The first-month promotional discount does not apply to trial billing.
HostiMan's RuGold two-year selection carries a 30% prepaid reduction, compared with 15% for the annual selection. These prepaid reductions belong to the hosting period selected during service ordering. RuGold ordering separates the base service from optional configuration items. RuVip similarly presents distinct payment periods alongside control-panel, website-builder and additional IPv4 choices. An optional cPanel selection differs from the included ispmanager option, and selecting the builder changes the configuration charge. Partner withdrawals start by selecting the withdrawal option in that account area. Below 1,000 rubles, withdrawal is available only to the HostiMan account balance; balance transfers can use any reward amount.
