Promo codes vs. automatically applied offers

Issuu’s student offer uses a typed promo code after student status is confirmed. Its nonprofit discount is applied to the account after documentation is approved; the standard amount remains on the Upgrade page, with the reduced rate visible at checkout. The nonprofit reduction takes effect at the account’s next renewal. The Unlimited renewal promotion is automatically generated and applied by the system, and support cannot add that coupon manually. Each offer follows its own account conditions.
