Personalized photo books, prints and gifts.
Savings opportunities available through LALALAB coupon codes
LALALAB offers savings on personalized photo products through quantity discounts, referrals and Print+. Its range includes photo books, prints, magnets, calendars, photo boxes and wall decorations. Classic print unit prices fall automatically from 51 prints, with further quantity thresholds available. In the app, a referred customer's first order receives an immediate €5 discount. The referring customer receives €5 in account credit, with up to €50 available through referrals. Print+ provides prepaid prints with covered standard delivery or pick-up-point shipping. Newsletter signup sits under Profile, Settings and Communication in the app.
Eligible products and services
Service categories frequently on promotion
A LALALAB product-specific promotion applies to the product named in its conditions. A photo-book restriction therefore matters when the basket also contains other personalized items. Classic prints have their own automatic quantity pricing, and the editor lets buyers choose the quantity used for the order. The order price is the amount displayed on the website or app when the purchase is placed. Prices are expressed in euros with taxes included, while delivery is charged separately. Print+ covers eligible print formats through the app, and cannot share a basket with a discount code.
Services usually excluded from promo codes
LALALAB account credits exclude shipping fees, so delivery remains a separate part of the order total. Ordinary product prices include taxes but leave out shipping, which is displayed before the order is confirmed. A promotion restricted to photo books cannot be used for another product. Print+ also excludes combining a discount code in a basket containing additional products. On the new website, app credits, referral benefits, Print+, Gold advantages and gift cards remain separate from website purchases. Website-order credits are available in Mon Compte, while app-order credits stay in the app.
Factors influencing the final discount value
Impact of billing cycle on promotional price
LALALAB orders are paid in full through a single payment when the order is confirmed. Print+ also uses an upfront payment rather than monthly fees. The app offer provides 100 or 200 prints over 12 months, with 5 shipments included. Its benefits end when the print allowance or shipment allowance is exhausted, even if time remains. Prints left at the end of the validity period are lost. Print+ does not renew automatically; a customer can subscribe to a new offer after expiry. Product prices can change, and the order uses the price displayed at purchase.
Promo codes vs. automatically applied offers
LALALAB separates entered promo codes from automatic classic-print quantity reductions. The quantity price drops at the relevant threshold, while a code is entered on the order summary before payment. Promo codes are limited to one per order and cannot be combined. Print+ cannot be combined with a promo code either, including in a basket with other products. The app allows buyers to uncheck Print+ and enter a code instead. Referral reductions apply to a new customer's first order through the app. Account credits use a separate selection labeled Use my credits.
Accessing active codes for LALALAB
In the LALALAB app, the promo entry sits on the summary page immediately before payment. Choose and personalize the product first, then provide identification, the delivery address and delivery method. The basket is reviewed before payment is selected. On the summary, select Add a promo code / referral just above Total, enter the offer and press Save. A rejected entry needs a validity, spelling and product-eligibility check. Unresolved code problems go through the app's contact form. Payment is charged when the order is confirmed, with shipping fees disclosed before that confirmation. You cannot combine a LALALAB promo code with Print+, including in a basket that contains other products. Print+ already functions as a special promotional benefit for eligible prints. To switch to a promo code, the app requires the Print+ checkbox to be unchecked before the code is entered. Code entry then uses the summary-page option above Total and the Save button. Multiple promo codes are also prohibited, with one allowed per order. Print+ itself is available in the app rather than on the new website. Standard delivery or pick-up-point shipping for included Print+ prints is covered, making that delivery benefit part of the choice between Print+ and a separate code.
Enter your LALALAB promo code on the app's summary page before payment, using Add a promo code / referral above Total. That entry is saved with the Save button, while account credits use the separate Use my credits selection. Product choice and personalization come before identification, delivery address and delivery-method selection. The basket is reviewed before you choose a payment method and accept the order terms. Product prices include taxes, and shipping fees are disclosed before confirmation. The order amount is charged when the purchase is confirmed. Select Save after entering the offer so the promo entry is submitted before payment.
A LALALAB promo code can fail because it is no longer valid, was entered incorrectly or applies to a different product. Exact entry matters, including letters that resemble numbers. A photo-book-specific promotion cannot be transferred to another product in the basket. Codes also cannot be combined, and each order is limited to one promotional code. Print+ introduces another restriction: a discount code cannot accompany a basket using that benefit, even when other products are included. The app provides a Print+ checkbox that can be cleared when choosing a code instead. Contact LALALAB through the app's contact form if the validity, spelling and product checks do not resolve the problem.
Use a LALALAB discount code on the product specified by that promotion's conditions. Product eligibility matters because a promotion intended for photo books cannot be applied to another product. LALALAB also limits promotional codes to a single entry per order, with no combination of codes. The code entry is available on the summary before payment, under Add a promo code / referral. Print+ has a separate basket restriction that prevents a discount code from being combined with its prints and additional products. Standard order prices include taxes, with shipping shown before confirmation. A photo-book-specific reduction belongs with photo books rather than the other personalized products in the basket.
A LALALAB referral code gives a new customer an immediate €5 discount on their first order through the app. Referral benefits are available in the app, rather than on the new website. The summary-page entry labeled Add a promo code / referral accepts the referral entry before payment, followed by Save. LALALAB limits promotional codes to one per order and does not allow them to be combined. Once the referred customer places that first order using the referral, the referrer receives account credit. The order's product prices include taxes, while shipping is disclosed separately before confirmation. The app is the purchase channel for this referral benefit because the new website keeps it unavailable there.
Redeem your LALALAB gift voucher in the app's gift card section to add its value to your account as credit. The resulting credit remains valid for a whole year. Gift cards are usable in the app, while the new website keeps that benefit separate. For a subsequent purchase, the order summary provides a Use my credits checkbox immediately before payment. Account credits apply to the purchase but exclude shipping fees, which remain part of the amount due. The app's Profile tab displays credits and their expiration dates alongside account information. Gift-card redemption creates an account balance equal to the voucher value, making it a different step from entering a promotional code above Total.
LALALAB classic-print quantity discounts apply automatically at the quantity thresholds, starting at 51 prints. The unit amount decreases as the selected quantity reaches the relevant tier. The product page lets buyers simulate the quantity reduction, while the quantity for the purchase is chosen in the editor. The ordering sequence then moves through identification, delivery details and basket review before payment selection. Product prices are expressed in euros with taxes included, and shipping is disclosed before confirmation. An entered promotion uses a different control on the summary page: Add a promo code / referral, followed by Save. The editor's chosen print quantity determines the automatic tier for the classic-print order.
A LALALAB refund for a defective or nonconforming personalized product follows the complaint procedure, with repayment based on the sums paid. Personalized goods do not carry a withdrawal right. Parcel anomalies must be reported within 3 days of receipt, while product nonconformity complaints have a 10-calendar-day deadline. A claim needs photos showing the problem and the order references, with email to contact@lalalab.com the preferred channel. The available request is repayment for the affected product or replacement with an equivalent product. LALALAB does not replace or refund products when the problem comes from photo quality or cropping approved by the customer. Photographs of the defect support the claim, whereas a cropping choice approved during creation remains the customer's responsibility.
Your LALALAB Print+ promotional offer does not renew automatically; you can subscribe to a new offer after it expires. Its validity runs for 12 months from subscription, with 5 shipments included. The allowance contains 100 or 200 prints, and exhausting those prints or shipments ends the benefits before the remaining time elapses. Unused prints are lost when the validity period ends. Print+ is paid upfront in a single payment, rather than through monthly fees. The benefit is available in the app and covers standard delivery or pick-up-point shipping for its included prints. The remaining shipment allowance and expiry both matter, because time left alone does not preserve access after the allowance has been used.
LALALAB account credits do not cover shipping fees, even when they reduce the product portion of your purchase. The app applies available credit through Use my credits on the summary immediately before payment. App-order credits remain in the app, while credits associated with new website orders appear in Mon Compte. The Profile tab in the app shows the available credits and their expiry information. Product prices include taxes, and delivery charges are disclosed before the order is confirmed. Print+ handles delivery differently by covering standard or pick-up-point shipping for included prints. Its delivery benefit belongs to the app's Print+ purchase route, while an ordinary account-credit redemption leaves shipping payable separately.
