Islamic technology, prayer displays and donation software for homes and masjids.
Savings opportunities available through Masjidal coupon codes
Masjidal offers Islamic technology for homes and masjids, with savings through yearly subscriptions, a free plan and a paid-plan trial. Annual billing reduces the subscription rate by up to 20% compared with month-to-month payment. The Free plan costs $0 per month and includes basic signage, prayer timings, an app listing and website integration. Paid plans begin with a 15-day free trial that gives access before billing starts. For personal prayer reminders, Athan+ is also available as a free download on iOS and Android.
Eligible products and services
Service categories frequently on promotion
The subscription choice runs from Free through Professional, Premium and Ultimate, with Monthly and Yearly billing options. Professional supplies full signage features, including multi-TV content, a custom logo and slideshows. Premium adds the phone app for congregants, while Ultimate includes the full donation platform. The yearly discount is calculated against month-to-month billing, with the year paid upfront. Hardware is ordered separately from this software subscription. Premium and Ultimate also include additional admin access without an extra charge per user, so adding team members does not add a separate user fee.
Services usually excluded from promo codes
Hardware and transaction processing sit outside the software subscription charge. Al-Iqamah signage requires a signage player for each TV, and donation kiosks require their own hardware. Masjidal takes 0% commission on donations, but standard payment processing fees still apply separately. For hardware orders, taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout rather than included in the product subtotal. Returns also have their own deductions: non-defective items incur a 15% restocking fee, and their shipping charges are not refunded. Missing accessories, missing packaging or damage during poorly packaged return shipping can reduce the refund.
Factors influencing the final discount value
Impact of billing cycle on promotional price
Yearly billing saves up to 20% against monthly payment, with the discounted annual amount paid upfront. Monthly and annual subscriptions provide the same features, so the billing cycle changes the payment arrangement rather than the feature set. Plan changes take effect at the start of the next billing period. Customers can upgrade, downgrade or cancel without penalties or long-term contracts. On cancellation, service continues through the current paid period and then returns to Free. The masjid listing, prayer times and stored data remain available after that change.
Promo codes vs. automatically applied offers
Masjidal's annual saving comes from choosing Yearly billing and paying for the year upfront. A hardware checkout has a separate Discount code field with an Apply button beside the order summary. These are different purchase steps: the subscription rate follows the billing selection, while the hardware field accepts a typed promotion. The paid-plan trial gives access before billing begins, and cancellation before its end prevents a charge. The hardware checkout lists Subtotal, Shipping, Taxes and Total separately, keeping the item amount distinct from the final order calculation.
Accessing active codes for Masjidal
For a hardware purchase, select the Athan Clock Size before choosing Add to cart and then Check out. The checkout's order summary places Discount code beside Apply. Its cost summary contains Subtotal, Shipping, Taxes and Total, while shipping methods appear after a delivery address is entered. The cart states that taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. If the checkout reports “There was a problem with our checkout,” its message directs the buyer to refresh the page or try again in a few minutes. Subscription options instead begin through Start free trial. Scroll up for the current Masjidal offers.

Masjidal processes a hardware refund after receiving and reviewing the return. Processing takes 7–14 business days, and the bank can take up to seven additional days to reflect the reimbursement. With a few exceptions, the money returns to the original payment method. An exchange is also available as an alternative to a refund. The returned item must meet the policy's like-new condition requirement and include accessories, cables and original packaging. Missing contents or damage from poor return packaging can result in a deduction or denial. Non-defective items have a 15% restocking fee, with shipping charges excluded from reimbursement. Customers paying for return shipping must supply the carrier and tracking number.
Enter a Masjidal hardware promo code in the Discount code field beside the checkout order summary, then select Apply. For an Athan Clock purchase, the product page first provides a Size selection and an Add to cart button. The cart then offers Check out to continue to the delivery and order summary screen. That summary identifies the selected clock variant, its quantity and the item amount. Subtotal, Shipping, Taxes and Total appear as separate entries in the cost summary. Shipping methods become available after the shipping address is supplied. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout, so the product subtotal and final total are separate amounts.
If Masjidal reports a checkout problem, its message says to refresh the page or try again in a few minutes. The checkout also provides a Refresh Page action alongside that message. The hardware promotion entry itself is labeled Discount code and has an Apply button in the order summary. Delivery details are collected separately, and shipping methods appear after the shipping address is entered. The cost summary separates the item subtotal from shipping, taxes and the total payable. Delivery information is collected through fields for the buyer’s name, address, city, state and ZIP code. When the displayed problem is the checkout message, use the Refresh Page action it provides.
Yes, yearly Masjidal billing saves up to 20% compared with paying month-to-month, with the annual amount paid upfront. Monthly and annual payment provide the same features, so switching the billing cycle keeps the plan's feature set. The pricing selector gives Monthly and Yearly options before the paid-plan Start free trial action. Professional, Premium and Ultimate each begin with a free trial, and cancellation before that trial ends avoids billing. Subsequent upgrades or downgrades take effect at the beginning of the next billing period. Adding administrators to Premium or Ultimate carries no extra cost per user, keeping that team access within the subscription charge.
Cancel before the Masjidal paid-plan trial ends to avoid being billed. Professional, Premium and Ultimate start with 15 days free, giving access to the selected plan's features without a charge during that trial. The trial provides access to all the features of the plan selected. The pricing page presents Start free trial under the paid plans, with Monthly and Yearly billing choices above them. Annual payment is upfront and gives a discounted rate compared with month-to-month billing. Digital subscriptions can be canceled anytime, but the current paid billing period is not refunded. That makes cancellation before the trial finishes the step that prevents the initial paid period from beginning.
Masjidal hardware returns are subject to the refund policy's condition and timing requirements. The return period is 14 days beginning when the item is received, and the product must be in like-new condition. Accessories, cables and original packaging must accompany the return, together with the order details. Items must be shipped back within five business days of initiating the return. Damage, signs of misuse or missing contents can lead to a partial refund or a denied return. A non-defective return also carries a 15% restocking fee, and its shipping charges are not reimbursed. Return instructions and the shipping address are supplied through email or phone support.
A non-defective Masjidal hardware return has a 15% restocking fee, and its shipping charges are not refunded. Other deductions depend on the condition and completeness of the returned package. Missing accessories or packaging can reduce the reimbursement, as can damage caused by inadequate return packaging. Masjidal can also deny a return in those circumstances. Prepaid return labels are provided only for items received defective, damaged or incorrect; other returns are shipped at the customer's expense. The customer responsible for shipping must provide carrier information and a tracking number. Refunds are sent back through the original payment method with a few exceptions, after the return is received and reviewed.
Yes, a Masjidal cancellation requested before shipment receives a full refund. The cancellation must be communicated in writing to support@masjidal.com, rather than through social media. Once an item has shipped, the refund covers the item subject to shipping and restocking deductions. Non-defective returns carry a 15% restocking fee and their shipping charges are not reimbursed. Cancellations after shipment also require the customer to return the product at their own expense. A return package needs the contents, accessories, cables, original packaging and order details, and must be sent back within five business days of starting the return. The shipment stage therefore determines whether the cancellation receives a full reimbursement.
Masjidal calculates shipping and taxes at checkout, with both shown separately from the hardware subtotal. The checkout cost summary contains Subtotal, Shipping, Taxes and Total, so those components have their own entries. Available shipping methods appear after the buyer enters the delivery address. The order summary also shows the chosen Athan Clock variant and quantity beside the Discount code field and Apply button. Return-related shipping follows a separate policy: prepaid labels cover items received defective, damaged or incorrect, while other returns are at the customer's expense. Shipping charges for non-defective returned items are not refunded. The delivery address is therefore required before the checkout can display available shipping methods.
Your Masjidal subscription continues until the current billing period ends, then your masjid moves back to Free. The annual discount is attached to upfront yearly payment, with savings of up to 20% against month-to-month billing. Canceling a digital subscription does not refund the current paid period. The move to Free preserves the masjid listing and prayer timings, and stored data is not deleted. That plan includes basic Al-Iqamah signage, a basic Athan+ app listing and website integration. Upgrades and downgrades also take effect at the start of the next billing period, with no penalties or contracts. Cancellation therefore changes service after the period already paid for finishes.
