MightyCall provides mobile and desktop apps for its call center service. The mobile app supports calls and messages through your business numbers, along with voicemail and call recordings. Its menu also lets you change your availability, manage contacts and view communication history. Android users can download the app from Google Play, while iPhone users can get it from the App Store. Desktop downloads include Windows and separate macOS versions for Apple Silicon and Intel computers. The mobile app lets you view your account balance and refill calling minutes, connecting phone use with the account you purchased. The Windows desktop app requires Windows 10 or newer.
MightyCall paid subscriptions renew automatically on their selected billing cycle. Monthly subscriptions renew monthly, while annual subscriptions renew annually. In Account Summary, you can view your next billing date, estimated charges and saved payment method. That overview also lets you change your subscription and manage additional user seats, number slots and calling minutes. The Billing section holds your payment credentials, billing address and recent invoices, so renewal details and past charges are available in separate account areas. Annual billing collects 12 months of applicable taxes and fees at purchase. Unless your order provides otherwise, notify MightyCall customer service of non-renewal at least 30 days before the term ends.
MightyCall offers lower per-user rates with annual billing. Core, Pro and Power require at least three users, while Enterprise requires at least five users. The annual commitment covers a full year, so a monthly equivalent represents the rate within that yearly subscription. Existing customers can contact the sales team to switch to annual billing, and businesses needing volume discounts can request a custom quote. Annual invoices also collect 12 months of applicable taxes and fees at purchase, alongside the subscription charge. Tax calculations depend on your billing address, services and tax status. MightyCall Core includes call recording. Its recording feature captures inbound and outbound conversations, with access controlled by user roles. After buying the plan, open Numbers in the console and select the gear beside the business number to configure recording. Incoming and outbound calls have separate recording options, and the console also lets you select a notification greeting for callers. Recorded conversations can be played and downloaded from the agent workspace or the call logs in Reports. MightyCall stores recordings for one year before automatically deleting them, so downloading a recording preserves a separate copy. For incoming calls, the setting to enable is called Record your incoming calls.
You can transfer your existing business number to MightyCall without a porting charge. Physical and virtual business lines are eligible, subject to your current carrier approving the transfer. To begin, complete MightyCall's porting form and attach your latest carrier invoice and a Letter of Authorization. Your current provider supplies the transfer date, and MightyCall notifies you when the number has moved. Porting can take up to 14 days, with the number remaining available through the current carrier during the process. A Customer Service Record supplies the account details needed for the request. When transferring local and toll-free numbers from one account, submit separate Letters of Authorization for each category.
MightyCall Power includes the progressive dialer. Power also includes the preview dialer, while Enterprise adds predictive dialing. The progressive mode connects an answered campaign call to an available online agent with the webphone enabled. An agent can accept the call, or decline it so the call moves to the next available agent. After purchasing the appropriate subscription, campaign settings let you control ringing time, wrap-up time and repeated dialing attempts. Auto Answer can accept calls automatically within the specified time instead of requiring the agent to press a button. For campaign pacing, the Wrap-up time setting accepts values from 5 to 300 seconds.
MightyCall's trial lasts seven days and includes 100 minutes of domestic calling. Those minutes cover calls to US and Canadian numbers, and the trial also includes five SMS messages and five MMS messages. Core, Pro and Power each have a Try for free option on the pricing page. Trial access includes the Auto Dialer even when the selected plan does not include unlimited outbound campaign functionality. You can switch to a paid subscription before the trial ends. An account that remains active after the trial converts to the paid version of its selected plan. A cancellation request can be submitted at the bottom of the Subscription section.
MightyCall applies a prorated account credit when you downgrade. The credit from the previous, more expensive plan goes toward future account charges and purchases. To change subscriptions, open Account, then Subscription, select the replacement plan and press Activate before confirming your selection. MightyCall allows upgrades and downgrades without a plan-change penalty, although an upgrade requires enough funds to cover the price difference. Some custom plans require a MightyCall team member to add them, so support handles those changes. Your account overview also shows estimated charges, the next billing date and the payment method. The place to view those details together is Account Summary.
MightyCall does not refund unused service or prepaid time after early cancellation. Ending an annual subscription before its term finishes leaves you responsible for the remaining term charges, including applicable taxes and fees. To cancel, submit a request at the bottom of the Subscription section or call customer service. MightyCall then contacts you for confirmation before completing the cancellation. Confirmation must come from an account Administrator or the person named on the account's bills. Provide your MightyCall coupon when you subscribe. Promotions must be requested at account creation, and MightyCall does not apply them retroactively or combine them cumulatively.
