Scraper Pro includes 200,000 tokens and gives instant access after subscribing. The purchase covers manual and API-based scraping, marketplace scraping APIs and structured extraction. Its listed bundle also includes 10GB of residential proxy traffic, usage analytics, scheduled workflows and webhook integrations. CSV and structured-data exports are included too. Pro is a token subscription, so the included allocation pays for extraction activity rather than representing a fixed number of downloaded pages.
No. Unused scraper tokens do not roll over, including on an annual subscription. The full token allocation is available at the start of each cycle, and the previous balance is replaced on the renewal date. For example, a Pro subscription starting January 15 receives its next allocation on February 15, rather than at the end of January. The dashboard and Analytics API both provide token-consumption information for tracking the allocation during the cycle.
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. MrScraper can consider exceptions individually, but an exception is not a money-back guarantee. The price and pricing conditions are agreed in the statement of work for the order. That document identifies the particular services being purchased and sits alongside the General Conditions. If the statement of work conflicts with the General Conditions, its conditions take precedence, or the later agreed document applies. Yes, if the delivered services materially differ from the specifications or requirements in your statement of work. Rejection requires written notice describing the deviation. Custom services are considered accepted seven days after delivery of the access credentials unless you have first sent that notice. Following a valid rejection, MrScraper must correct the deviation and redeliver the services within seven days. This process concerns delivery of the agreed custom order rather than a subscription refund.
