Services continue on recurring billing until cancellation, and NetDynamics can charge the card or billing information held on the account. Customers are responsible for keeping domain contact details current; an outdated contact record does not make NetDynamics responsible for a lapsed registration. Domain contact changes can be requested by email.
Three-year billing has the lowest listed price for Germany Backup SFTP plans. The 500 GB plan costs $4 monthly, $40 annually or $80 for three years. Germany Backup SFTP 1 TB costs $6 monthly, $60 annually or $120 for three years. The 2 TB option is $11 monthly, $110 annually or $220 for three years. These are separate billing choices within each storage plan, with no setup fee shown for any of those terms.
Annual billing costs less than twelve monthly payments on the Small, Medium and Large plans. Small costs $9 monthly or $86.40 for a year. Medium costs $19 monthly or $182.40 annually. A cPanel migration can be free during the first thirty days after signup. This transfer offer requires the previous hosting company to run cPanel; moving from a nonstandard control panel can involve a migration fee. Transfers are a courtesy service, and availability, completion time and successful migration are not guaranteed. Different hosting configurations or proprietary data formats can prevent some account data from moving. NetDynamics support assists with the transfer, but some migrations cannot be completed.
An invoice unpaid for fourteen days can trigger a late fee or account suspension. Access is restored after payment is received. Accounts fifteen days past due are automatically deleted from the servers; restoring an account from an available backup costs $25. Previous special pricing does not transfer to the replacement account, which uses current website prices. NetDynamics also requires a zero outstanding balance before activating new orders or packages, unless it agrees otherwise in writing.
