Home and business internet phone service with Ooma deals and coupons.

Savings opportunities available through Ooma coupon codes

Ooma sells home and business internet phone service, and this page helps you pay less with Ooma coupons and deals. Office Essentials starts at $19.95 per user monthly. For home calling, Basic service is $0 monthly after buying a Telo device, plus monthly taxes and fees.

Eligible products and services

Service categories frequently on promotion

Ooma discounts can target Telo hardware, Premier service or Office phones. Ooma's business phone offers include free phone rentals tied to one- or three-year terms and a separate buy-one-get-one phone offer without a contract. Match the offer to the phone and plan you actually want.

Services usually excluded from promo codes

An Ooma promo code for Telo hardware does not erase recurring taxes and fees. Office subscription prices also exclude equipment, shipping, taxes and optional add-ons. Extra Office numbers cost $9.95 each per month, so count the lines before choosing a deal.

Factors influencing the final discount value

Impact of billing cycle on promotional price

Ooma Office Essentials, Pro and Pro Plus are $19.95, $24.95 and $29.95 per user monthly as of October 2026. Standard Office service is month to month; a phone promotion can require a longer commitment. Home Premier costs $9.99 monthly, while an annual Premier subscription includes free number porting instead of the usual $39.99 fee.

Promo codes vs. automatically applied offers

Ooma's home shop has a coupon field for hardware orders. Some Office phone deals are built into the purchase or require a sales call instead. Pick the route named by the offer; a business phone rental tied to a contract is a different saving from a Telo cart discount.

Accessing active codes for Ooma

The Ooma shop shows a Coupon Code field beside the Telo order total; enter an eligible offer there and apply it before payment. For Office phone deals, the advertised plan and contract length decide eligibility. Premier's 60-day trial becomes a paid subscription unless you cancel before it ends. Scroll up for the current Ooma offers.

Ooma Discount FAQs

Right in Ooma's online shop. The Telo checkout has a Coupon Code box and an Apply button beside the order summary. Some Ooma Office phone offers use a purchase link or sales call instead, so follow the route shown with that deal.
Start with the plan and term. Ooma's advertised phone rentals require specific Office plans and one- or three-year commitments; its buy-one-get-one phone offer is for online purchases. Residential promotions can also be limited to new customers.
Ooma lists its Office phone offers with separate plan, term and purchase requirements. It does not publish a blanket stacking promise for those offers. Choose the qualifying phone offer first, then use a coupon only if Ooma accepts it for that same purchase.
Use the standard monthly prices as your comparison: Essentials is $19.95, Pro is $24.95 and Pro Plus is $29.95 per user as of October 2026. Equipment, taxes, fees and add-ons are separate. If you accept a fixed-term sales quote, its written price and renewal terms control your bill.
Ooma publishes its regular Office tiers as monthly subscriptions, with no annual price on its pricing chart. Standard service is month to month. A free phone rental promotion can require a one- or three-year term, so compare that commitment with the hardware saving.
The service price is $0 monthly after you buy a Telo device. Monthly taxes and fees still apply, and Ooma says they vary by location. Premier is a separate $9.99 monthly upgrade if you want to keep it after the trial.
New Telo subscribers get 60 days of Premier. The trial converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel before it ends. Premier is listed at $9.99 per month plus taxes and fees, so decide before the trial deadline.
Yes. Ooma lists free number porting with an annual Premier subscription. Without that annual subscription, the listed one-time home number transfer fee is $39.99. That can make annual Premier worthwhile if you are bringing your existing number.
Ooma allows a hardware return within 30 days of purchase if you obtain return authorization, close the account in that window and return the complete equipment within 14 days of cancellation. You pay return shipping and applicable return charges. Ooma Office does not refund prepaid or unused service.
Contact Ooma Customer Care; its Office terms allow at least five business days to process a request. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. A fixed-term agreement has separate renewal notice rules, so give the written notice required by your sales quote.
