Bundle Size also includes Medium, Large and Mega choices, so the selected variant determines the item in the order. Prime Pass costs $25.00 USD and requires the Premium Battle Pass before purchase. Prime Pass purchases are limited to once per Battle Pass season. Its purpose is additional PRIME earning opportunities through ranked matches. A qualifying offer must fit the selected purchase; the checkout summary identifies the bundle and quantity being ordered.

Services usually excluded from promo codes

Taxes and blockchain network fees are separate responsibilities when buying eligible Parallel content. Buyers owe applicable sales, use and value-added taxes, duties and assessments associated with their purchases. A blockchain transaction may also require a gas, validator or other network fee. Those charges compensate the network and are outside Parallel's control. Checkout lists Shipping Fees and Tax separately from Discount and Subtotal. Digital Products and Merchandise have different purchase terms: merchandise shipping, returns and exchanges can depend on checkout disclosures and separate policies. Referral Credits cannot be redeemed together with another discount code or deal.

Parallel's direct purchase charges are paid in advance, with the selected item determining the purchase rather than a general subscription label. Glint Bundles provide credits that can be exchanged for downloadable or other digital content. Prime Pass is tied to the Premium Battle Pass and can be purchased once in a Battle Pass season. Cosmetic upgrades also follow the current Battle Pass: upgrade eligibility ends with that pass. Parallel can vary the credit amounts charged for items. These purchase and redemption conditions affect the content your payment unlocks and the opportunities available within the relevant season.

Promo codes vs. automatically applied offers

Free Battle Pass rewards come from the Free Track, while paid content follows its own purchase requirements. A discount on a purchase and rewards earned through play are different routes to content. The Parallel referral program has ended. Its rules prohibit redeeming Referral Credits alongside another discount code or deal, and those credits have no cash value. Existing accumulated credits have a stated expiry framework following program termination. For shop orders, Discount is a separate entry in the summary alongside Subtotal and Total. The selected product and account requirements still apply when an offer reduces a purchase.

Parallel Discount FAQs

A Parallel account is required to continue a shop purchase, including an order using a discount. Selecting Purchase after choosing a Glint Bundle opens checkout with Information before Payment. The order summary identifies the item, quantity and bundle size, and separates Discount from Subtotal, Tax and Total. Account Required appears with a Log In option before you can continue. Direct purchases also require agreement to the game licence after account login and before the payment provider handles payment. Checkout includes Contact Information and Billing Address, with Country in the address section. Your selected bundle remains identified in the summary while the account requirement is completed.

The Small Glints Bundle is $4.00 USD for 625 Glints before any purchase discount. Its product screen uses Bundle Size to distinguish that choice from Medium, Large and Mega bundles. Quantity is selected before Purchase, and the Information stage identifies the chosen bundle in the order. Discount has its own summary line, separate from Subtotal and Total. Applicable taxes remain the buyer's responsibility under the purchase terms. Glints are credits for downloadable or other digital content, and purchased credits are non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise. The checkout account requirement must be completed before the payment stage can continue.

Prime Pass requires the Premium Battle Pass, so a purchase promotion does not replace that prerequisite. Access to the Premium Track is paid in Glints, while the Battle Pass also has a separate Free Track. Prime Pass gives Premium Battle Pass holders an additional PRIME earnings opportunity for playing and winning ranked matches. The shop limits Prime Pass purchases to once per Battle Pass season. Its product screen presents the item details and Purchase action, with the prerequisite stated before purchase. The additional earnings pool belongs to this separate item. The Premium Battle Pass requirement therefore applies before the Prime Pass purchase can proceed.

Parallel's Battle Pass Free Track provides rewards through play without purchasing access to the Premium Track. Its rewards include Apparition Packs, Ethereal Shards, Fragments, a playable card, Glints and an exclusive Card Frame. Both Free and Premium Tracks award cosmetic items that can be claimed and equipped after reaching the relevant level. Those rewards are account-bound Apparition versions. A cosmetic upgrade is a separate transaction that uses PRIME and trades in the Apparition version for a tradable Prime Variant. Only cosmetics from the current Battle Pass are eligible for that upgrade. Items obtained outside the Battle Pass are outside this upgrade route.

Parallel Referral Credits cannot be redeemed in conjunction with another discount code or deal. The referral program has ended, so it is no longer an active route for earning a new referral discount. Its termination rules give members a period to use accumulated credits before those credits expire. Accrued Referral Credits are tied to the member's account and cannot be transferred to another member or account. They also have no cash or monetary value. Cancellation or termination of membership or account rights causes remaining Referral Credits to expire when that termination takes effect. Account status therefore matters separately from the restriction on combining rewards with discounts.

Parallel App Purchases are final and non-refundable unless applicable law requires a refund or the purchase expressly provides one. This rule covers App Purchases and redemptions, with the exception tied to law or the terms given at purchase. Digital products and digital components of bundles are treated as App Purchases and account entitlements. Purchased Glints also have a separate restriction against refunds, transfers and exchanges except where the law requires otherwise. An unused entitlement does not automatically become refundable when an account is restricted, suspended or terminated under the Terms. Payments made through an app store or another purchase provider may additionally be governed by that provider's terms.

You remain responsible for applicable Parallel purchase taxes and any network fees associated with blockchain transactions you initiate. Sales, use and value-added taxes, duties and assessments are covered by the tax responsibility clause. Network charges can arise when a transaction is submitted to a supported blockchain. Those fees are imposed by the network and compensate its participants or infrastructure, rather than being controlled by Parallel. The shop summary separates Tax and Shipping Fees from the Discount line. Blockchain transactions are processed and confirmed by the supported network, and Parallel cannot normally reverse them. These transaction responsibilities remain relevant when choosing a purchase channel for digital content.

Purchased Parallel credits are not transferable unless Parallel expressly permits the transfer or applicable law requires otherwise. The game licence identifies Glints as credits for downloadable or other digital content. Buying them provides a licence to use those credits, rather than ownership rights in the credit balance. The restrictions cover transferring, distributing, selling, gifting, exchanging, trading, leasing and renting credits without express permission. Credits also cannot be redeemed for money or value except as required by law. Parallel can change the credit amounts required for items and impose acquisition limits. If the game licence ends, the rights to use those credits end automatically as well.

Qualifying Parallel direct distance contracts have a cancellation right, but starting digital content delivery ends that right. The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day the order was entered into, subject to the delivery and service conditions. It applies to consumers entering qualifying distance contracts directly with Parallel for services or digital content. Services performed in full end the cancellation right; partly delivered services can produce a proportional deduction from a refund. Cancellation requires a clear statement of your decision sent before the deadline. This direct purchase framework applies separately from purchases through distribution platforms. Eligible refunds use the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed.

Parallel may cancel the transaction and remove associated items or benefits if the payment is declined, reversed, charged back or refunded. The purchase terms also permit adjustments to the account balance for the shortfall and associated fees, taxes or costs. That adjustment can leave the balance below zero. Purchase, transfer, redemption or other account activity can be restricted until the outstanding balance is paid. Restoration of access can depend on payment of amounts owed and completion of a required ownership or fraud review. Paying a negative balance does not itself require restoration of a terminated account or revoked item unless applicable law requires it. You remain responsible for account charges subject to applicable law.
