The cancellation process runs through Account, then Manage Rakuten+ Membership and Cancel plan. The deadline is 3 days before renewal. Prior payments and credits are not refunded for partial use. Selecting Renew plan switches automatic renewal back on for the original membership anniversary.

Existing Rakuten members can earn referral rewards by inviting someone who is new to Rakuten and completes the qualifying shopping. Each member has a personal referral link available after signing in and opening Refer-A-Friend. A friend must register through that link or provide the inviting member's account email at signup, then make eligible purchases within the promotion's required timeframe. The referral terms require the new member to pay for those purchases personally and prohibit self-referral. Reward amounts and spending requirements follow the applicable referral promotion.
