Additional ServiceTitan subscriptions increase your bill with prorated charges for partial months. The terms allow additional subscriptions at the same pricing during the subscription term. Monthly billing starts with the subscription count at the beginning of the period and adds prorated charges for subscriptions added during it. Removing subscriptions during that period does not reduce that period's bill. When discussing an offer, ask for the agreed subscription rate and initial license count together so additions can be understood against your discounted purchase. A Minimum Subscription Level remains the minimum number you must pay for during the applicable term. If your subscription has no Minimum Subscription Level, ServiceTitan still requires at least one active Field User subscription at all times.
Activated ServiceTitan add-ons and usage charges can increase your discounted subscription total. ServiceTitan's terms authorize recurring charges when you activate a Pro Product or Add-On subscription, alongside usage fees such as direct mail charges per piece. Applicable fees and taxes for additional subscriptions are charged automatically each billing period. Ask for your package offer and any additional subscriptions to be itemized together so the recurring commitment is clear before activation. Marketing Pro charges depend on email contacts, direct mail quantities and types, and the individual features you subscribe to and use. Its fees are billed in arrears at the end of each monthly billing period. Requests to cancel an additional subscription go to billing@servicetitan.com before that subscription renews.
ServiceTitan charges applicable taxes and additional fees separately from the agreed subscription fees. Your invoice reflects the final taxes, fees and charges in effect when it is issued, based on your business address. Payments by credit card, where ServiceTitan permits them, may also carry transaction, surcharge or processing fees. This means the discounted subscription amount and the full amount payable can differ because of those additional charges. Ask for the subscription offer to be considered alongside the applicable invoice charges when reviewing your purchase. ServiceTitan requires any claimed tax exemption at the time of purchase, with the relevant exemption certifications.
