Four choices. Free is $0, Lite is $10, Pro is $29 and Unlimited is $69 per month as of October 2026. One subscription covers preorders and back-in-stock alerts. Open Plans in STOQ for the live price before you subscribe.
Inside the app. Open Plans and click Apply discount at the top right. Enter the promo code from the offers on this page; the plan cards update when it applies. Then select your plan and approve its charge in Shopify.
Check the plan first. STOQ says a code may be invalid, expired, already used on your account or inapplicable to that plan. Reopen Apply discount and check the updated plan card. If the price still does not change, use STOQ's in-app chat.
No. STOQ bills monthly and says it does not currently offer annual billing. Choose a plan by monthly preorder and alert volume instead. If you repeatedly pay overage fees, moving up a tier may cost less.
A useful starting point. Free includes 10 preorder orders and 30 back-in-stock alerts per calendar month. There are no STOQ transaction fees. Once you reach the free limits, preorders can pause and alerts stop sending until you upgrade or the limit resets.
No. The 14-day trial waives the subscription fee on your first paid upgrade. Usage-based fees can still apply, including preorder overages on Lite and Pro. The trial applies once across paid plans, so switching tiers does not start another one.
Count orders, not items. Lite includes 100 preorder orders monthly, then charges $0.25 per extra order. Pro includes 400, then charges $0.10 per extra order. Unlimited removes that preorder overage; STOQ charges 0% transaction fees on every tier.
They can. Lite includes 1,000 alerts a month; Pro includes 3,000. If you choose to keep sending beyond the limit, STOQ lists overage rates of $0.01 per alert on Lite and $0.075 on Pro. Choose Stop at plan limit to pause sending instead; Unlimited has no alert overage.
No. SMS needs a paid plan and carries a separate per-segment charge. US and Canada segments cost $0.025 each; rates vary by destination. Longer messages can use multiple segments, so keep them short to control the bill.
Downgrade to Free in STOQ's Plans page to stop the paid subscription. If you want to leave entirely, STOQ advises downgrading first and then uninstalling the app in Shopify. Cancellation takes effect immediately. STOQ's terms say there are no refunds or credits for the unused part of a paid billing period.
