Booking, scheduling, payments and payroll software for auto-service businesses.

Savings opportunities available through Suds coupon codes

Suds combines booking, scheduling, customer communication, payments and payroll for auto-service businesses. Its Limited Founders’ Price advertises the PRO Plan at $249 a month beside $499 and the MAX Plan at $699 a month beside $999. A 7-day free trial lets you start before choosing a paid monthly license. Unlimited users are included at every territory, so adding technicians or office staff does not add seat charges. Promotional pricing belongs to the accepted order, including its covered item, duration and conditions. Continuous paid enrollment can preserve a promotional rate under those conditions.

Eligible products and services

Service categories frequently on promotion

Suds promotions apply to the items identified in your accepted order. The PRO Plan and MAX Plan are software licenses purchased through the checkout linked from your account. Each license covers a business operating in one territory, with the PRO Plan covering a 50-mile radius and the MAX Plan covering a 100-mile radius around its base. A separate regularly serviced market requires another territory. The order defines the promotional item and its billing conditions, while checkout displays the amount and recurring cadence you authorize. Software billing and usage-credit funding have separate authorizations.

Services usually excluded from promo codes

Suds usage charges remain separate from a discounted software license. Texts, calls, recordings, transcription, voice, hosted-video storage, phone numbers, carrier fees and data imports draw from a prepaid Credits balance. Every account pays for its own usage even when the software license is discounted or waived. An additional territory is billed at $99 per month on PRO or $199 per month on MAX unless the exact order says otherwise. Subscription fees also exclude applicable taxes. Stored video continues consuming credits while it remains stored, and unused credits are not cash-redeemable except where law requires.

Factors influencing the final discount value

Impact of billing cycle on promotional price

Suds software licenses are monthly, billed in advance and renewed automatically at the amount and cadence accepted in checkout. A paid order started during the trial schedules its initial recurring charge for the displayed post-trial date. Promotional duration and continuation depend on that particular order. Cancellation stops future renewals while access continues for the paid license term. A lapse beyond the payment grace period can end a promotional rate, with re-enrollment at available pricing. Price changes take effect at the next renewal with at least 30 days’ notice. License management is available in Plan & Licensing.

Promo codes vs. automatically applied offers

Suds makes the accepted order the basis of a promotional rate. That order identifies the item, price, duration and conditions; a signup code or general marketing statement cannot change it. Starting a trial alone does not authorize a software-license payment. Accepting a monthly order and completing checkout supplies the recurring authorization for that license. A payment method added under Credits & Usage instead funds the separately disclosed usage services and chosen reload settings. Billing notices preserve the accepted price and authorization. The offers on this page should therefore be considered alongside the specific order you accept.

Accessing active codes for Suds

Suds starts enrollment with a business website, your name, work email and mobile number. The website is optional and can supply business details for import. Email and mobile confirmation use separate security codes. The terms agreement comes before the next card step, which states there is no charge that day and includes a shop review. Before the trial ends, choose the PRO Plan or MAX Plan and accept its monthly order. Checkout then shows the recurring amount, cadence and post-trial charge date. Plan & Licensing and the corresponding membership provide the software-license management routes. Scroll up for the current Suds offers.

Suds Discount FAQs

Start Suds through the trial signup, then accept a paid order that states your discount before completing software checkout. Enrollment asks for your name, work email and mobile number, with an optional business website for importing shop information. Suds confirms email and phone ownership through separate security codes and presents the terms agreement before the next card step. That next step states there is no charge today and includes a review of your shop. The trial includes the full experience, and you choose the PRO Plan or MAX Plan before it finishes. The accepted monthly order determines your promotional conditions and subsequent recurring authorization.

Suds can attach promotional pricing to the covered item specified in your accepted PRO Plan or MAX Plan order. These software licenses are purchased through the checkout associated with the monthly order you accept. The promotion identifies its own covered item, amount, duration and conditions, rather than changing every charge connected to your account. Each license covers one business in its home territory, with another regularly serviced market requiring an additional territory. A payment authorization under Credits & Usage is separate from the software subscription. The recurring amount and cadence displayed in software checkout are the charges you approve, including a post-trial start when applicable.

Your Suds discount continues only according to the duration and conditions in the accepted order. Monthly software licenses automatically renew at the price and cadence displayed in that order and its checkout. Unless the order provides otherwise, promotional or grandfathered pricing requires continuous paid enrollment. Cancellation or a payment lapse extending beyond the grace period can end that rate, and returning then uses available pricing. Legally required renewal notices do not rewrite your accepted payment authorization. Future price changes apply at the next renewal with advance notice. Plan & Licensing and the corresponding membership are the places to manage this recurring software license.

Suds software-license fees are non-refundable unless law requires a refund or your accepted order expressly provides one. A discounted license remains subject to that fee rule and the particular promotional conditions you accepted. Monthly payments purchase the license term in advance, and canceling future renewals leaves access available through that paid term. Prepaid usage credits have a separate cash-redemption rule: unused credits cannot be redeemed for cash except where law requires it. A disputed or incorrect charge can be raised with billing support. For plan changes or billing questions, Suds asks you to email from the address associated with your account.

A Suds trial alone does not authorize a software-license charge; accepting a paid order and completing checkout does. A monthly order accepted with trial time remaining schedules its first recurring payment for the post-trial date shown in checkout. The recurring authorization covers the displayed amount and cadence and remains active until future renewals are canceled. Without paid enrollment, the workspace pauses at the end of the trial, and trial expiry alone does not delete it. A card saved for Credits & Usage instead authorizes the separately disclosed usage services and reload settings. The software-license charge requires its own accepted PRO Plan or MAX Plan order.

Canceling Suds can end your promotional rate unless your accepted order provides different conditions. Promotional and grandfathered rates require uninterrupted paid enrollment under the default terms, so a later return uses available pricing. Cancellation is available from the dashboard, and your software access continues until the paid license term ends. Suds does not charge a cancellation fee. Future renewals can be managed through Plan & Licensing and the corresponding membership. Canceling the software renewal and funding metered usage are separate billing matters, with Credits & Usage controlling the usage card and reload settings. Your accepted order remains the authority for any special continuation conditions.

A Suds software discount does not remove usage charges; every account pays for its own metered activity. This applies even when a software license is discounted or waived. Texts, calls, recording, transcription, voice, hosted-video storage and streaming, business phone numbers and carrier costs draw from prepaid Credits. The applicable usage rates appear in Account → Credits & Usage, where you also manage the separate payment card and reload settings. Hosted video keeps consuming credits for as long as it remains stored. Unused credits remain valid while the account is active, and prospective rate changes come with notice. Credits funding does not itself authorize a paid software license.

Adding Suds staff does not create per-user charges because unlimited users are included at every territory. Technicians and office staff can join without increasing the license bill through seat charges. Territory licensing instead follows the business’s regularly serviced home market and operating base. Nearby communities within that covered radius remain part of the same territory, including across state lines. An occasional job outside that market is not another territory, and relocating the base does not count either. A second regularly serviced market supported by dedicated personnel, vehicles or operational resources requires additional territory licensing. A software promotion covers only the item identified in its accepted order.

Your Suds discount covers the items stated in the accepted order; another territory uses its additional-territory rate unless that order says otherwise. A separate market served regularly with dedicated staff, vehicles or operating resources requires additional licensing. Occasional work outside your home market does not trigger that requirement, and moving your base is not treated as another territory. Nearby communities inside the licensed radius remain covered even across state lines. Territories can be paused seasonally from the dashboard. Unlimited users remain included at each territory, so hiring is distinct from geographic expansion. The promotional order defines the covered item and any conditions attached to its rate.

A Suds promotional rate may end after a payment lapse beyond the grace period unless your accepted order says otherwise. After a failed recurring payment, full workspace access continues for 14 days while Suds warns the account owner by email and text. The billing provider can retry the charge and send payment reminders. An unresolved payment then pauses the workspace and stops texts and calls, including automatic job updates. Plan & Licensing, support and data-export routes remain available for recovery. Payment or re-enrollment restores access, although provider cancellation timing can require a new enrollment. Paused access does not remove amounts already due under the license.
