About Tier.Net & Latest Deals

Tier.Net provides shared hosting, VPS hosting and dedicated servers.

Savings opportunities available through Tier.Net discount codes

Tier.Net sells shared hosting, VPS hosting and dedicated servers; use the offers on this page to pay less for your hosting plan. As of October 2026, advertised VPS pricing starts at US$7.49 per month.

Service categories frequently on promotion

Management affects the deal. Powerhouse Mini includes Simple Management in its monthly price. One IPv4 address is included too. Start with that included option when choosing your VPS configuration.

Services usually excluded from promo codes

Third-party add-ons have separate conditions. Promotional discounts generally do not apply to these extras, so a Tier.Net hosting discount need not reduce every item in your order.

Impact of billing cycle on promotional price

Prepayment can save money. Tier.Net typically discounts prepaid plans in return for a term commitment. Choose a commitment that fits how long you need the hosting.

Promo codes vs. automatically applied offers

An advertised price is your starting point. As of October 2026, Powerhouse Mini is displayed at US$8.99 per month. Compare any Tier.Net promo offer with that plan price.

Tier.Net Coupon FAQ

Tier.Net excludes custom configurations with specially ordered components from its money-back guarantee. The exclusion also covers special-ordered services and services provided under written contract. Special-ordered services are non-cancellable and non-refundable, so the standard hosting guarantee does not cover those purchases. If Tier.Net cannot supply a special order within a reasonable time, it offers a refund or account credit at its discretion. Standard dedicated server coverage applies only to eligible first services on first-time accounts with a monthly fee of $200 or less. That guarantee runs for one 24-hour period from activation, and custom software or operating-system installation fees are non-refundable. For an eligible standard dedicated server, calculate the one-day refund deadline from service activation.

Tier.Net dedicated servers with a monthly service fee of $200 or less have a one-day money-back guarantee. Dedicated servers priced above $200 per month are excluded from that guarantee. Cancellation requests go through the client portal, and Tier.Net determines refund eligibility at cancellation. Only first-time accounts qualify, with coverage restricted to the first service supplied under the account. Special orders, services under written contract and configurations with specially ordered components are also excluded. Administrative fees, IP addresses and license fees remain non-refundable, so guarantee coverage does not extend to every charge attached to a server. The one-day window is a 24-hour period beginning at service activation; use that activation time when calculating the deadline.

Returning Tier.Net customers are ineligible for the money-back guarantee. Coverage is limited to first-time accounts and the first service provided under that account. Refund eligibility is assessed when cancellation is requested through the client portal. Opening another account does not restore eligibility, and cancelling an old account before signing up again does not qualify either. When a new customer orders multiple services, only the first service is eligible for the guarantee. Coupon eligibility has a separate first-time-account rule unless the promotion states otherwise, and coupons cannot apply to services already in use. The guarantee windows are 30 days for shared or reseller hosting, seven for VPS hosting and one for eligible dedicated servers, measured from activation.

cPanel Admin Cloud is a paid add-on for Tier.Net Powerhouse Mini purchases. The license costs an additional $21 per month and supports up to five accounts. On the configuration page, the Control Panel selector lists cPanel Admin Cloud alongside None and Webmin/Virtuamin. Powerhouse Mini's monthly base hosting price is $8.99, with Simple Management included; the cPanel charge is separate from that hosting price. The configuration also offers higher cPanel license tiers for larger account counts, each with its own charge. Tier.Net's refund exclusions include license fees, so an eligible VPS hosting refund does not cover that license charge. For a purchase needing no more than five cPanel accounts, the option is labeled cPanel Admin Cloud (up to 5 accts).

Tier.Net does not prorate unused hosting time after early cancellation. A prepaid term remains payable for its full length, and cancelling that commitment does not produce a partial or full refund. The cancellation request form in the client portal offers immediate cancellation or cancellation at the end of the service term. Immediate cancellation can shut down hosting when the request is processed, while end-of-term cancellation keeps service running through the last day of the billing period. These cancellation rules are separate from the money-back guarantee for eligible first services on first-time accounts. For a discounted prepaid purchase you want to use through its paid term, select cancellation at the end of the service term.

Eligible Tier.Net shared hosting purchases have a 30-day money-back guarantee. Reseller solutions have the same window, with each day defined as a 24-hour period starting at service activation. The client portal contains the cancellation request form, and eligibility is determined at the time of cancellation. Only first-time accounts qualify, and only their first service is covered; additional services and accounts fall outside the guarantee. Administrative fees, domain registrations, IP addresses and license fees are non-refundable. Services used in violation of the acceptable-use policy are also ineligible. Approved refunds go to the original payment method, with service credit available when that method is unavailable. Count the 30-day window from hosting activation, rather than from the order submission.

Tier.Net excludes administrative, domain registration, IP address, license and custom installation fees from refunds. The installation exclusion covers custom software and operating systems, even when the hosting service itself qualifies for the money-back guarantee. Refund eligibility is determined when you cancel through the client portal's cancellation request form. Shared and reseller hosting have a 30-day guarantee, VPS hosting has seven days, and eligible dedicated servers have one day. Those windows apply only to the first service on a first-time account and run from activation. Refunds are processed in U.S. dollars through the original payment method; an unavailable original method leads to service credit. On Powerhouse Mini orders, cPanel Admin Cloud is a separate $21 monthly license charge.

Submit a Tier.Net cancellation request at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle. Missing that notice makes you responsible for payment of the renewed service term. The cancellation request form is inside the client portal at billing.tier.net, where you can request immediate cancellation or cancellation at the end of the service term. End-of-term cancellation lets hosting continue until the last day of the current billing period; immediate cancellation can stop it when processed. An automatic confirmation email follows submission, and Tier.Net requires contact if it does not arrive within a few minutes. If you pay through an automatic PayPal subscription, you are responsible for cancelling those automatic payments separately. Submit the portal request before the 48-hour deadline.

Ultimate Management has a $12 monthly offer when added to a Tier.Net Powerhouse Mini order. The standard Ultimate Management option costs $15 per month, while Simple Management is included with Powerhouse Mini. In the configuration page's Available Addons area, the VPS ULTIMATE MANAGEMENT offer has an Add to Cart button. That offer reduces the management charge by $3 per month compared with its stated normal price. The separate Server Management selector also lists Ultimate Management at $15, so the offer is a distinct addon choice on the order page. Powerhouse Mini's monthly base hosting price is $8.99 before paid options. For the $12 management offer, use the Add to Cart button beside VPS ULTIMATE MANAGEMENT under Available Addons.

The seven-day VPS money-back window starts when Tier.Net activates the service. Each guarantee day means a full 24-hour period, rather than a calendar day counted from placing the order. The cancellation request form is in the client portal, and refund eligibility is determined at cancellation. Coverage applies only to the first service supplied under a first-time account; returning customers and second accounts do not qualify. Special-ordered services, services under written contract and custom configurations with specially ordered components are excluded. License fees and IP address charges are also non-refundable, even when the hosting service qualifies. An approved refund returns through the original payment method, so count the seven-day deadline from VPS activation.
