Plus Cloud also includes them, along with free Imunify 360 and CloudLinux OS. Business Cloud adds a free dedicated IP address. These included items differ from separately purchased extras: the Business Cloud IP is part of that hosting package, rather than an additional dedicated IP order.
Starter WordPress costs $5.48 per month for a 36-month term and renews at $10.95 per month. That is the advertised 50% introductory discount. The purchase covers one website and 30 GB NVMe storage, with free cPanel and automatic SSL included. Automatic updates are also included in the package. Its allocation is 1 GB RAM and one AMD EPYC 7003 CPU, so a single-site order fits the entry WordPress plan.
Cloud VPS 4 has the largest advertised VPS discount, at 45% on a 24-month term. Cloud VPS 1 offers 30%, Cloud VPS 2 offers 35%, and Cloud VPS 3 offers 40%. All four packages include fully managed hosting, a dedicated IP address and free daily backups. The fourth package covers high-traffic applications and sustained high CPU usage; the first two packages are designated for low to medium CPU usage.

Yes, for eligible standard hosting within 30 days of the original order or payment date. Submit a cancellation request or support ticket within that window. Refunds are limited to one per customer or business entity; multiple services or duplicate accounts do not qualify for repeated refunds. Approved refunds are normally processed within 31 days after approval. Accounts closed or restricted for abuse, spam, fraud, chargebacks or payment violations are ineligible.
VPS, Email Hosting, DriveCloud and Website Builder purchases are excluded. The guarantee also excludes SSL certificates, dedicated resources, dedicated IPs, custom website design and software licenses. Setup, migration and administrative fees are outside coverage, as are add-ons, upgrades, custom work and third-party fees. Domain registrations, renewals, transfers and restorations are excluded too. A discounted hosting purchase does not extend the guarantee to these separate services or charges on the order.
The regular domain registration fee is deducted from your hosting refund, and you retain the domain name. This applies when your hosting package includes free registration and you cancel during the eligible money-back period. The deduction is the regular registration rate, rather than a refund of the domain benefit as cash. Additional services such as SSL certificates, setup fees, add-ons and upgrades are also outside the hosting money-back coverage.
Submit the online cancellation form before renewal. The automated confirmation includes a ticket or tracking number; contact Vivint Host if it does not arrive within a few minutes. Cancellation requires identity verification and written consent to file removal. Shared hosting cancellation takes effect on the account's renewal date. Fees accrued before cancellation remain payable, and unused periods are not refunded outside the eligible hosting guarantee.
Yes, for eligible transfers requested within 30 days of signup. The courtesy service covers up to 10 cPanel accounts and requires a complete cPanel backup with a compressed account size no larger than 1 GB. Additional migrations use the standard hourly admin rate. Transfers outside that signup window may also incur a charge. Maintaining your own data backup remains your responsibility.
