A HER Premium discount does not replace the purchase refund rules: refunds depend on the applicable local rights and payment channel. HER's installment option depends on eligibility and availability for the selected subscription; it is not available to every customer or service. Eligibility requires a HER member in good standing. A qualifying purchase spreads the full amount over four payments, beginning with an initial payment at purchase and continuing with three scheduled payments. The final installment can be smaller if the full amount cannot be divided equally. HER applies no interest or finance charges to this installment purchase, although payment-provider charges and applicable taxes may still apply. Canceling before completing the payments leaves the remaining balance payable on the agreed schedule unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Restoring an existing HER Premium purchase reinstates its features without a second charge. Reinstalling the app or being logged out can leave purchased features temporarily unavailable. On Apple devices, the restoration path starts in “My Profile,” continues to the upper-left Settings menu, and reaches “Restore Purchase” below the Premium feature list. Follow any additional prompts from Apple to complete that process. Android users select a Premium feature icon or “Upgrade Access” in Settings, then choose “Restore Subscription.” The Settings menu can indicate whether your account has Gold or Platinum access. If restoration does not resolve the issue, HER's support team accepts reports about the unsuccessful restoration steps.
