Yes. Linux Unlimited Hosting includes a free .uk or .com domain registration or renewal with the initial package setup. That domain offer belongs to this specific package. The order also includes nine addon domains, for a total of ten sites, plus unlimited subdomains and parked domains. Domain forwarding is included too. These are separate from registering additional names: the package supports multiple sites while its free registration or renewal offer applies at initial setup.
The initial migration is free. New reseller customers can move their existing customers to 24host through that migration service. An ongoing migration service for customers acquired later costs £50 per customer. The reseller package also includes WHM and unlimited cPanel accounts, so those accounts are part of the hosting purchase rather than the later migration charge. Server management, hardware and software upgrades, and load balancing are handled by 24host as part of its reseller service.
Where offered, the guarantee covers hosting costs. Domain registrations, premium domain registrations and custom work orders are excluded from that coverage. Eligibility is limited to services carrying a money-back guarantee, and claims outside the applicable guarantee period are not accepted. Separately, ordinary cancellation before the end of a hosting period does not qualify for a refund or a proportional refund, except under the money-back guarantee or the applicable cancellation rights.
Yes, within 14 days of receiving the Service Confirmation, provided service provision has not begun. The consumer cancellation right carries no cost and requires no reason. Notice can be given by post, email or telephone. That right ends once 24host starts providing the services. At termination, outstanding charges remain payable and service use must stop. Hosting data may be removed after termination, so the customer is responsible for taking a complete backup beforehand.
24host accepts debit cards, credit cards and bank transfers. Payments must normally be received in pounds sterling, and customers paying by foreign bank transfer are responsible for foreign currency charges. Card details are stored remotely with Stripe rather than on 24host servers. A person paying with someone else’s card must be authorised to do so; both the customer and named cardholder accept responsibility for amounts due. The client area provides access to invoice payments.
Ask support to disable automatic captures, or remove the stored card through the client area. Removing it deletes the retained payment token and the card details held with the payment provider. Otherwise, 24host can use the stored token for future invoices, with card payments captured three days before the invoice due date. Disabling that capture changes the payment arrangement; services still require payment by the due date unless a written adjustment has been agreed.
A price change takes effect when the existing service reaches the end of its current term. Notification is sent in writing by email to the address held on the customer account. Renewal invoices are generated seven to fourteen days in advance and sent to the registered email address. An overdue invoice triggers an automatic reminder, and hosting accounts can be suspended after remaining unpaid for more than five days. Suspended accounts display a default suspension page.
The original renewal fee applies during the first 30 days after expiry. After that protected period, the domain is suspended and enters a 60-day grace period with an additional £75 redemption fee. Suspension stops the associated services. A domain left unrenewed is cancelled and removed from the register after 90 days, making it available for resale through a third-party registrar. Domain renewal fees are accessible in the client portal, and domains expire immediately after their renewal date.
