No. PAYG traffic is prepaid, with no monthly subscription and no extra fees for concurrency or premium features. The wallet supplies all your PAYG proxies, rather than requiring a separate payment for each proxy. As traffic is consumed, its cost is deducted at the per-GB rate for the chosen proxy type. New proxies default to PAYG. Confirmed top-up payments add funds immediately, and the Billing page records funding transactions and credit adjustments.
Major credit and debit cards are accepted, including Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Stripe processes the payment. Saved payment methods can be managed through the Stripe Customer Portal linked from your 2extract Billing page. That portal also provides your complete payment history and downloadable invoices. The Billing screen has a View Full History & Invoices button that opens the portal for account payment records and saved-card management.
Purchases are final and non-refundable, except at 2extract's discretion or where the law requires a refund. A technical failure on 2extract's side may qualify for a discretionary refund if reported within 48 hours of the incident. Unused PAYG traffic and balance remain available while your account stays active. After 12 months of inactivity, 2extract may close the account and void its remaining balance. Your Billing page shows the current account balance, while individual proxy settings show traffic consumption and the corresponding spending.
Yes. Unverified accounts have a cumulative lifetime deposit cap of $50, and completing identity verification removes it. The process starts in Profile under Verification, using the Start Verification button. Didit handles the identity documents; 2extract receives the verification result. A valid passport, driver's license or national ID card is required, alongside a selfie. The process uses a smartphone through a QR code, and successful verification changes the profile status to Verified.
No. Auto Top-Up is a forthcoming feature; current PAYG funding uses manual purchases. On Billing, you can select a predefined amount or enter a custom amount before continuing to Stripe for payment. Saved payment methods are managed through the Stripe Customer Portal. A zero balance can result in service suspension. The planned Auto Top-Up option will use a balance threshold and a preselected charge amount, with control over the payment method used.
Account deletion deactivates active proxies and removes access to the remaining balance, which is not refunded. Access to the services ends immediately when the agreement terminates. Any outstanding fees remain payable.
