Yes. Contact your Customer Care Representative to change an order for any reason. That representative emails you during business hours shortly after you place the order, takes personal care of it, reviews your order, makes suggestions, confirms dates and reviews your artwork. You can cancel at any time before the order goes into production. Once items have been imprinted with your logo, 4imprint can no longer accept a cancellation. The charges in your order confirmation do not change, shipping included, unless the quantity, additional imprint colors or quicker shipping change, and only if you approved them in advance. Unless it is an exact reorder, you also approve an e-proof before 4imprint proceeds.
4imprint refunds double the difference if you find a lower total price within 30 days of your purchase. The comparison covers the total: product, imprinting, art and so on. It applies to any product 4imprint sells. The 30 days run from the purchase, and the refund is twice the gap between the two totals. Two other promises sit beside it in the 360° Guarantee. An order that misses your event because it did not ship on time is free. A buyer who is not 100% satisfied gets the order rerun or a refund, and 4imprint pays to get the problem product returned.
Yes. The patented Glide technology lets you order in-between quantities, so you order exactly how many you need and save money too. Enter a quantity, or drag the orange 'i', to find the quantity and price that works for you. The Campfire Ceramic Mug lists breaks from a minimum of 48 up to 2016. To order more than the quantities shown, call 877-446-7746, because additional discounts are available. The sale page adds that you save even more when you order larger quantities. Embroidered apparel can be ordered from as few as 6 pieces, and mixed colors and men's and ladies' styles get the price break for the total quantity ordered.
Yes. All artwork for an order is free, and 4imprint does not charge for art design and prep. Send what you have, whether it is ready to go or a sketch you want to bring to life, and the art team does the rest at no cost. Without art, tell your Customer Care Rep what you are thinking of and 4imprint creates it for free. You also get a free e-proof to approve before 4imprint proceeds. Setup charges are a different matter. They cover screen charges, die charges and similar costs of creating what is needed to imprint your specific logo, and they are not art charges.
Eligible organizations can apply for a $500 promotional products grant through the one by one program. 4imprint awards these grants to organizations that are making a difference, and the grant helps them spread the word, recruit volunteers or thank donors. You qualify if you are employed by or serve on the Board of Directors of a 501(c)(3) charity, religious organization or accredited school. Tax is separate. 4imprint collects sales tax on orders shipped to all states that impose one, plus the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico. If your organization is exempt where 4imprint collects tax, give your Customer Care Representative the tax exemption or resale certificate.
Settle the product details on the product page first. Select a color, scroll down to the item quantity, then pick Imprint Location(s) and Color(s) from the dropdown menus. Enter the quantity, or drag the orange 'i' of the Glide selector. Where available, the Add Additional Imprint Color and Imprint Location links add extra colors or locations, and these may incur extra charges. Press Add To Cart, then Go To Checkout. Your order confirmation lists all of the dates and charges. Those charges, shipping included, change only if you approve a new quantity, additional imprint color or quicker shipping in advance.
4imprint accepts checks and all major credit cards. You can also request an open account, with terms of net 30 days. 4imprint checks with D&B to see whether an account can be opened, and sends a credit application if you are not listed or the listing is incomplete. The order cannot go into production until the account is open, so allow extra time. Open account is also offered to most government and educational institutions, and international customers call for their options. A card is authorized once the order is ready for production, but the funds are not collected until the order ships.
Yes. Click request a free sample on any product page, or call. 4imprint sends samples free of charge, and in most cases they are yours to keep. For expensive items it may ask you to return the item so it can keep its prices low. A sample lets you show your ideas to colleagues, get feedback, check sizes and give the product the once over. The service is meant for people seriously considering an item or looking for ideas, and 4imprint reserves the right to refuse a sample at its discretion. Request one from the product page of the item you are considering.
Not on an exact reorder. When you reorder the same art and the same item, 4imprint does not charge the setup charge again. Some items carry setup charges, which pay for the screen, die or other items needed to imprint your specific logo, and they are not art charges. Embroidery follows the same logic. Once your logo is digitized, you pay no new tape or digitizing charge to embroider any other item. The embroidery page puts numbers on it: a one-time $35 tape charge for fewer than 24 pieces, free on 24 pieces or more. The Campfire Ceramic Mug lists a $40 setup charge.
