No scheduled introductory-price increase applies in the second year. Afacerver hosting starts at its regular plan rate rather than a low first-year price that multiplies later. Service prices can still be reviewed annually on 1 January and adjusted to reflect changes in costs, without a separate notice. If a price change is unacceptable, the customer can terminate the agreement through the contractual cancellation procedure. An unused hosting account continues to receive invoices while the agreement remains active.
Hosting is paid in advance. For ongoing service, invoices are due within eight calendar days of receipt, and Afacerver can suspend service when payment is more than one calendar day overdue. The initial try-before-paying arrangement has a different invoice deadline, so the first order and an established account have different payment timing. Leaving an invoice unpaid for more than two months past its deadline ends the agreement without notice and leads to deletion of the customer’s data.
Yes. The initial invoice has a 14-day payment period, giving you time to try hosting before paying it. If you decide not to continue during that period, Afacerver deletes the invoice and account, and the trial remains free. A new website can be set up on the same day. An existing website migration usually takes one to two days, including propagation of the domain’s DNS changes, while the site continues running on its previous hosting.
Send an email withdrawal notice within three calendar days of concluding the agreement. The notice must be in a written form that can be reproduced. The agreement starts when Afacerver accepts the completed sign-up form and sends the acceptance notice together with the credentials needed to use hosting. The Estonian-language agreement is legally binding; the English translation is for reference. Withdrawal is a contractual right tied to that acceptance date, rather than the date of your first website upload.
Email a cancellation notice; termination takes effect seven calendar days after it is sent. The hosting agreement runs indefinitely and has no minimum-duration requirement. Afacerver can change contractual terms following changes in legislation, case law or other material circumstances, with new terms published at least 30 days before taking effect. Customers who disagree can terminate their agreement. Either party can also terminate without the usual notice period when the other party breaches the agreement.
The domain is a separate charge. An .ee domain costs €12 a year, an .eu domain costs €12, and an .com domain costs €16. Afacerver registers the domain and connects it to your hosting. Where domain registration has a fee, its invoice is paid before the hosting agreement is concluded. Registration depends on the requested name being available; if the desired domain cannot be registered, that agreement is not concluded. Existing domain owners can authorize Afacerver to handle the registrar dealings needed for hosting.
No. Afacerver migrates the website, databases and email without a migration charge, including email messages, folders and dates. The move starts by copying the content to the new server. Afacerver then confirms that the website and mailboxes work before switching the domain’s DNS. The previous hosting stays live until you are satisfied everything is in order. This transfer service covers an existing site and its data; creating a new website, new functions or a design refresh is paid development work.
Website development adds a separate charge; basic hosting tools are included. Afacerver offers development and website updates to hosting customers at a reduced rate. The included tools cover cPanel, automatically renewed Let’s Encrypt SSL, mailboxes on your domain and additional domains within the account. Backups are kept for 14 days, and restoring them carries no fee. Critical-failure repairs, configuration help and site recovery are also free for customers.
