Air discounts for creative asset storage, sharing, and approvals.

Savings opportunities available through Air coupon codes

Air combines creative asset storage, sharing, and approvals, with savings through annual billing, its Free plan, and an eligible startup application. Starter is $250 per year or $25 per month, making the annual option the lower commitment total for ongoing use. Free includes 120 credits per month and requires no credit card. Air's startup program provides up to 6 months free on Business for qualifying companies in its partner network. Eligibility includes being a non-paying customer, using a work email, and operating from seed through Series B.

Eligible products and services

Service categories frequently on promotion

Air's plan choices are Free, Starter, Business, and Enterprise, with pricing tied to the selected tier and billing cadence. Starter serves individual creators and small teams; Business is designed for growing teams. Monthly credits cover both Enriched Storage and generation activity, so capacity depends on how the workspace uses that balance. Current paid plans include unlimited workspace users and board users without a separate seat charge. Enterprise and custom agreements follow their contract-specific terms. Plan-selection cards show the available billing choices, included credits, and feature access before checkout.

Services usually excluded from promo codes

Air prices recurring Credit Packs separately from the base subscription. On eligible Starter workspaces, an additional 1,000 monthly credits is $35 per month or $420 per year, with packs available up to 9,000 monthly credits. These additions increase capacity alongside the plan's included balance. Pack purchases take effect immediately and include proration; reductions or cancellations take effect when the current billing cycle ends without proration. Sales tax is added when Air has a legal obligation to collect it. A subscription change can therefore include separate add-on, adjustment, and tax amounts.

Factors influencing the final discount value

Impact of billing cycle on promotional price

Air offers monthly and annual billing where those choices appear in workspace settings. Business is $10,800 per year or $1,100 per month, so annual billing lowers the subscription total across a full year. Subscriptions are paid in advance, while credits refresh monthly even on an annual commitment. Unused plan credits do not accumulate for a later cycle. Renewal continues for an equivalent subscription period at Air's then-current rate. The Current Plan screen separates recurring renewal charges from adjustments associated with changes made during the active term.

Promo codes vs. automatically applied offers

Air's annual savings come from selecting the Annual billing option in the plan-selection flow. The startup promotion follows a separate application through Air's partner ecosystem, with a company website and work email among its requirements. Staff-granted One-time gift credits work differently from a subscription discount: they are automatically consumed before regular credits for generation activity. They do not change the base subscription charge or replenish with the monthly allocation. Enriched Storage continues to use ordinary plan credits. Gift balances appear separately from recurring Credit Packs and the plan's credit allowance.

Accessing active codes for Air

An Air workspace admin starts a purchase from Workspace Settings, then Current Plan, and selects Upgrade plan. Available tiers appear as plan cards in the upgrade flow before checkout. Where the toggle is available, Annual or Monthly sets the billing cadence before the buyer chooses a plan. Checkout then displays a preview invoice, payment method, tax, and total due today. Confirming the upgrade completes the purchase and activates the change immediately. A plan or billing option missing from Current Plan requires help from Air support or sales rather than a self-serve selection. Scroll up for the current Air offers.

Air Discount FAQs

Choose Annual in Air's plan-selection toggle when that billing option is available for your workspace. An admin can open Current Plan from workspace settings and start the upgrade flow to compare the available subscription cards. The selected cadence determines the billing presentation alongside the monthly credits included with the plan. Choosing a plan leads to checkout, where the preview invoice separates the immediate charge from the ongoing subscription information. Eligible upgrades collect payment during that checkout and start the updated plan immediately. If the Annual toggle or intended plan does not appear, Air handles the change through support or sales rather than through the self-serve upgrade flow.
Air's self-serve Starter and Business subscriptions have no free trial; the Free plan provides a separate way to start without payment. Free has no time limit and does not require a credit card to begin using the workspace. Its credit allocation supports storage and creative generation within the same balance, rather than creating a separate storage subscription. An admin can later choose a paid tier through the workspace's plan settings, with payment collected when the upgrade is confirmed. The plan-selection flow presents the chosen tier’s monthly credits before the buyer proceeds to payment. The paid self-serve purchase starts immediately, replacing the workspace’s Free allowance with the selected subscription’s included credit allocation.
Air's startup discount is for non-paying customers from an ecosystem partner who are at seed through Series B stage. A valid work email is required, together with a live business website that establishes an operating company. The partner network includes accelerators, venture investors, and startup communities working with Air. The application requests the applicant's name, email, company name, company website, and a Passcode before submission. Eligibility is tied to the partner relationship as well as the company's funding stage, rather than simply opening a paid workspace. When an accelerator or investor has not joined the program, it can contact startups@air.inc about participating in the network.
Air does not provide a prorated refund of the subscription fee for the current paid term when you cancel. Paid access continues through the remainder of that subscription period, and the subscription stops renewing after the term ends. For most plans, the cancellation route is Contact us near the bottom of Current Plan, followed by submitting the Air Exit Survey for processing. Starter and some legacy plans instead show Cancel plan in the same area. After cancellation or downgrade, the workspace remains available on Free, existing assets stay in place, and exporting or downloading existing content remains possible. The paid plan's capabilities end when the workspace leaves that subscription.
Air renews the subscription for an equivalent period at its then-current rate unless you cancel under the applicable subscription terms. Current Plan displays the selected workspace's plan type, billing cadence, and the recurring amount for the next renewal near the top of the page. Its Recurring plan charges area covers the standard renewal charge, while Upcoming invoice total can include additional invoice adjustments. An upgrade's checkout payment is separate from that ongoing recurring amount. A later renewal invoice also records the recurring rate after adjustments have settled. Air support can help confirm the final recurring charge when a plan or contract change has been handled outside the self-serve flow.
Adding users does not add a separate per-user charge on Air's current paid plans, which include unlimited workspace and board users. Changing their access levels also does not create a separate seat fee under those current terms. Legacy subscriptions and custom agreements retain their own user allowances and role rules until the workspace moves to updated terms. On an eligible fixed-member or per-member arrangement, increasing seats can create an immediate prorated charge, and reducing them can create a prorated credit. Pending workspace invitations, board invitations, and board-only users can affect legacy invitation limits. The workspace's actual user entitlement follows its applicable agreement and the limits displayed in Current Plan.
Unused Air plan credits do not roll over, including when the subscription uses annual billing. The full plan-credit allocation refreshes on the workspace's monthly cycle, independently of the annual payment schedule. For paid workspaces, that cycle follows the monthly anniversary of the plan purchase; for Free, it follows workspace creation. Stored enriched assets continue drawing from each refreshed balance while they remain in the workspace. Removing unneeded enriched assets returns their storage credits during the active cycle because usage is recalculated continuously. The navigation credit meter shows usage and the next refresh, and Current Plan provides the workspace's actual balance and limits. Annual payment changes when billing occurs while the credit allowance remains monthly.
Air gift credits work alongside plan credits, but they do not reduce the subscription charge. A staff-granted One-time gift balance is reserved for generation activity and is consumed automatically before regular plan credits or Credit Pack credits for eligible actions. It cannot fund Enriched Storage, which continues drawing from the ordinary monthly allowance. Gift credits remain separate from the recurring refresh and do not increase the baseline upload capacity of a workspace whose regular balance is exhausted. When present, the gift balance appears as its own line in the credit breakdown. Admins can inspect that separate balance in Current Plan alongside active packs, usage, and any pending Credit Pack changes.
Air lets eligible paid workspace admins add recurring Credit Packs without changing the entire subscription tier. These packs increase the monthly allowance alongside the subscription's base credits, and their available amounts depend on the selected plan. A Credit Pack addition opens checkout, takes effect immediately, and includes a prorated charge for the active cycle. Reducing or canceling packs uses the management controls in Current Plan instead, with the change scheduled for the end of that cycle and no proration. Pending pack adjustments can be canceled or changed before they take effect. Air handles a custom add-on through support when the purchase option is not visible in workspace settings.
Air requires a valid credit card for paid subscription charges, and checkout shows tax and the total due today before confirmation. The payment method supplied for an upgrade becomes the account's default. Admins can change payment details by opening the workspace menu, selecting Workspace settings, and opening the Plan tab. Under Manage plan, Payment method opens the billing information, which is saved with Confirm. Invoice history is kept separately in Invoices & Billing, where an unpaid balance has a View or pay link. Completed invoices move to Previous Invoices and provide a Download PDF receipt. Updating the card changes payment details; billing cadence and plan changes use the separate subscription controls.
