Digital asset management and brand guidelines for teams.

Savings opportunities available through Lingo coupon codes

Lingo offers a free trial and annual billing options for teams buying digital asset management. The Business trial runs for 30 days with a $0 platform fee and unlimited editors, consumers and data during that period. Annual Starter pricing separates an $80 monthly platform fee from $16 per editor per month. Both charges are billed annually. Managing editor access provides another way to reduce subscription spending: removing unnecessary Kit edit permissions lowers the editor count. A lower-tier plan can also meet a team's needs at a reduced cost, with unused time credited toward the next billing cycle when downgrading.

Eligible products and services

Service categories frequently on promotion

Lingo's subscription total depends on the selected plan and the people who need editing access. Business annual pricing consists of a $160 monthly platform fee plus $24 per editor per month, billed annually. Starter includes 50 consumers each month and 100 GB of storage; Business includes 100 consumers each month and 200 GB. Enterprise uses custom pricing and flexible annual plans. The pricing calculator separates the plan, editor count, consumers and storage before displaying an estimated total. Owners, Admins and Content Managers count as editors, while Members gain that billing status through Kit edit access.

Services usually excluded from promo codes

Lingo prices several components separately from the platform fee. Editor seats carry their own recurring charge, and consumers, storage and direct links have usage-based allowances. Brand Setup is optional and carries a one-time fee. These separate components matter when assessing the total attached to the offers on this page. Consumer charges depend on access to the Space, while each assigned editor incurs a charge per billing cycle. Renewals use the then-current non-promotional rate under the subscription terms. Cancelling a subscription does not create a prorated refund for the unused portion of the current paid period.

Factors influencing the final discount value

Impact of billing cycle on promotional price

Lingo supports monthly and annual billing, with annual plans providing a route to a lower subscription rate. Monthly subscriptions are charged on the same date each month. Annual subscriptions are charged once per year on the subscription anniversary. Moving to annual billing can produce an immediate charge for the full year. The Billing page identifies the next payment date with the label “Renews on.” Automatic renewal extends the subscription for the same duration as the original term at the then-current non-promotional rate. Opting out of automatic renewal through Account Settings prevents the subscription from continuing into another term.

Promo codes vs. automatically applied offers

Lingo's free trial starts through “Try Lingo for my team” and requires no credit card. That trial is a distinct savings route from choosing an annual paid subscription. The annual billing option is selected in Billing settings through “Change to annual billing,” followed by confirmation. Another route uses Change Plan to choose a plan and billing interval together. Only the Space Owner can change the subscription. Plan changes take effect immediately, with mid-cycle upgrades charged for the remaining period. Downgrades instead generate a credit for unused time that is applied to the next billing cycle.

Accessing active codes for Lingo

Lingo's purchase journey begins with “Try for Free” and a choice to try the service for your team. The pricing calculator first asks for a plan, then editors, consumers and storage, and presents an estimated total with a billing interval. Subscription selection is managed through Space settings, Billing and Change Plan. The Space Owner chooses the new plan and confirms the change. Payment updates follow Billing, Payments, the overflow button and “Change Payment Method.” Business billing details go below the credit card information, and added details appear on future invoices. Your next renewal date appears in Billing. Scroll up for the current Lingo offers.

Lingo Discount FAQs

You can start Lingo's free trial through “Try Lingo for my team,” with no credit card required. The trial gives you the Business plan for 30 days, with the platform fee covered during that period. Editors are unlimited while the trial runs, and consumers and data are included without the paid-plan allowances applying during the trial. The entry point is “Try for Free,” followed by the option to try Lingo for your team rather than join another team. The pricing calculator lets you choose a paid plan and adjust editors, consumers and storage to see an estimated subscription total. That estimate separates the plan and usage requirements before you commit to paid billing.

Lingo's Business trial includes unlimited editors, consumers and data, so your team can try it before selecting a paid subscription. The trial lasts 30 days and has a $0 monthly platform fee during that period. Paid subscriptions distinguish editing access from viewing and downloading, which changes the subscription requirements after the trial. Owners, Admins and Content Managers are editors, and Members become editors when granted access to edit a Kit. View-only Members and public guests count as consumers instead. The paid plan includes a consumer quota, while each occupied editor seat is charged in its billing cycle. Restricting editing permissions to people who need them reduces the number of chargeable editors on the paid subscription.

Lingo lets you switch to annual billing from Billing settings, where “Change to annual billing” selects the annual option. You confirm the change after choosing it next to your current plan. You can also select a different billing interval through Change Plan, alongside the plan itself. Annual subscriptions are charged on the subscription anniversary, and monthly subscriptions are charged on the same date each month. Switching to annual billing may result in an immediate charge for the full year. The card is charged automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle. Your next billing date appears under “Renews on” in Billing, which identifies when the next automatic payment is due after the interval change.

Lingo subscriptions renew at the then-current non-promotional rate, unless you opt out of automatic renewal. The renewed subscription keeps the duration of the term you originally selected. Account Settings provides the option to disable automatic renewal or change your subscription. Continued use or leaving the subscription active authorizes recurring payment for that service. Recurring card charges begin each billing cycle, and “Renews on” identifies your next billing date in Billing. Ending the subscription allows access through the remainder of the current term and prevents a further renewal after it expires. Disabling automatic renewal before another term begins therefore prevents another recurring subscription period rather than refunding the existing paid period.

Lingo does not give a prorated refund of the subscription fee when you cancel during the current paid period. You retain subscription access until that term ends, and the subscription does not renew afterward. Only the Space Owner can carry out cancellation through the billing controls. The cancellation sequence is Space settings, Billing, Cancel Subscription and confirmation. Cancellation is confirmed immediately, while full access continues until the end of the billing cycle. After that, the Space becomes read-only: viewing and downloading remain available, but uploading, editing and sharing new content stop. Downgrading offers a different billing outcome because unused time on the current plan becomes a credit applied to the next billing cycle.

Lingo allows a plan upgrade at any time, with a prorated charge for the remainder of the current billing period. The Space Owner opens Space settings, selects Billing and chooses Change Plan. Selecting the new plan and confirming it completes the change. Upgrade features become available immediately rather than waiting for the next renewal. The plan selection depends on editor requirements, storage needs and usage quotas, including consumers and direct links. Higher-tier plans carry higher included quotas for those usage features. An updated payment method is used for immediate charges such as a mid-cycle upgrade as well as the next billing cycle. Increasing limits on the current plan can also be discussed with support when the issue is usage capacity.

Lingo credits the unused portion of your current plan toward the next billing cycle when you downgrade. The change takes effect immediately, and features belonging to the higher plan become unavailable as part of the downgrade. Only the Space Owner can choose a new subscription plan. The route runs through Space settings, Billing and Change Plan, followed by choosing the replacement plan and confirming it. Selecting a lower tier can reduce subscription spending when its capabilities meet your needs. Storage requirements, editor numbers and included usage quotas are the factors used to select the plan. A billing-cycle credit differs from cancelling outright, which leaves access until the paid term ends and gives no prorated refund of its subscription fee.

Lingo accepts all major credit and debit cards, with additional invoicing options potentially available for enterprise plans. The Space Owner controls payment changes through Space settings and Billing. In Payments, the overflow button opens the option labelled “Change Payment Method.” A replacement payment method covers the next billing cycle and immediate charges, including mid-cycle upgrades. Previous invoices retain the payment method originally used for those transactions. Billing information entered below the card details appears on future invoices, while support can help with corrected documentation for earlier charges. Lingo retries failed payments before pausing a Space. Updating an expiring or declined card promptly can prevent interruptions to access while the subscription continues.

Each assigned Lingo editor adds an editor charge to the subscription's billing cycle. Owners, Admins and Content Managers always have editor status, while a Member becomes an editor when given edit access to at least one Kit. Members without Kit edit access and public guests are outside that editor count. Consumers incur a charge only when they access the Space, and the plan includes a consumer quota. Your billable editor count appears under “Editors” beneath the plan details in Billing. Some enterprise plans have different terms for this calculation. Remove Kit edit access from Members who only need to view content to reduce editors; increasing a consumer quota costs less than adding editor seats.

Lingo keeps full access until the billing cycle ends after cancellation, then changes your Space to read-only. Public Kit and Portal links stop working at that point, and direct links stop serving content. You can still view and download content in the read-only Space, but cannot upload, edit or share new content. Lingo retains the data for 120 days after cancellation and restores it if you reactivate within that window. After the retention period, the content is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. Lingo sends a notification before permanently deleting the data so you can export it or reactivate. Download the assets you need to keep before cancellation and update website or email references that depend on direct links.
