Separate backup services, server management and cPanel licences can add costs to an Amplica hosting purchase. Shared web hosting includes weekly automatic backups retained for 30 days. Unmanaged VPS, unmanaged dedicated servers and colocation do not include backups by default, and customers can purchase a separate backup service. Amplica can also charge an additional fee to configure that backup service. cPanel/WHM licences are available as paid add-ons for server administration. A DNS manager is free when a domain and web-hosting plan are purchased together, while standalone DNS hosting is chargeable. These service distinctions matter when calculating the amount payable alongside a hosting offer. For a domain purchased with web hosting, include the free DNS manager when comparing the bundled services.

Amplica displays Basic Lite at €3.21 a month against €4.59, and Pro Standard at €7.27 a month against €10.39. Basic Lite includes 5 GB of SSD storage and hosting for three websites. Pro Standard includes 20 GB of storage and hosting for ten websites. Both packages include unlimited email accounts, a site builder, free SSL and free website migration. The displayed hosting prices exclude VAT, which is added when EU and Moldovan customers complete their orders. Pro Standard's free-domain offer requires payment for at least 12 months and covers the first year for .md, .eu, .ro and .com domains. For that Pro Standard bonus, select a hosting term of at least 12 months.

Amplica promotional services are non-refundable, and the same exclusion applies to services that include a free domain. Eligible new shared-hosting orders have a 30-day refund window, while eligible new VPS and VDS orders have seven days. Those windows apply only to services meeting the refund conditions; they do not override the promotional-service exclusion. Renewals, Windows VPS, domain registrations, dedicated servers, SSL certificates, licences, backup services and setup services are also non-refundable. Cryptocurrency payments are excluded from refunds. For eligible annual purchases, cancellation must fall within the applicable refund window measured from the first payment. Before paying for a hosting offer with a free domain, include its non-refundable status in your purchase decision.

Request cancellation of Amplica hosting at least 15 days before its next due date or renewal to avoid the automatic charge. Hosting and other non-domain services renew automatically, and their automatic renewal cannot be switched off separately. Amplica generates invoices ten days before the due date. A linked bank card is charged when that invoice is generated, rather than waiting until the due date itself. Billing notices are sent by email, and the invoices are also available in the client account. Services sharing a billing cycle can be consolidated onto one invoice by adjusting their due dates. When planning cancellation after a promotional purchase, work from the hosting renewal date and submit the request at least 15 days beforehand.

Amplica web hosting, VPS, VDS and domain registrations qualify for instant activation; dedicated servers and Windows VPS require manual activation. Dedicated servers, Windows VPS, Mac rentals, SSL certificates and backup services are activated during working hours, within up to eight hours. Virtual PBX and DID number orders can take up to five working days for manual activation. Most Amplica services do not require a separate contract, but colocation, Virtual PBX, DID numbers and dedicated servers with internet connections above 2 Gbps require a contractual agreement. Bank transfers are processed only on working days, which also matters when planning payment for an offer. For a Windows VPS purchase, allow for manual activation during working hours rather than the instant-activation category.

Amplica's payment options depend on your location: EU customers use Romanian card payments, Stripe or Romanian bank transfers. EU invoices are issued by Amplica Hosting SRL in Iași. Customers outside the EU use cards, cryptocurrency or bank transfers and receive invoices from Amplica SRL in Chișinău. Amplica accepts credit and debit cards, and its supported cryptocurrencies include Bitcoin and Bitcoin Cash. Cash payments are not accepted. Bank transfers are processed on working days, so that payment method has a different processing schedule from an immediately completed payment. Cryptocurrency payments are non-refundable, and promotional services have their own non-refundable status regardless of payment method. For an EU purchase, select the Romanian card or bank-transfer option, or Stripe.

Amplica's free domain renews at its standard price after the promotional period, rather than remaining free when hosting renews. Pro Standard's domain offer covers the first year with a hosting purchase of at least 12 months and applies to .md, .eu, .ro and .com. Domain auto-renewal can be disabled in the client area. Amplica sends a renewal notice 20 days before the domain expires. With a linked payment card, the renewal invoice is generated and charged ten days before expiry. Expired domains cannot be transferred to another registrar. To avoid the automatic domain renewal charge, disable domain auto-renewal in the client area within ten days of receiving Amplica's renewal notice.

Amplica adds VAT at checkout for customers in the European Union and Moldova; its advertised hosting prices exclude VAT. Customers in other countries are not charged VAT under Amplica's billing rules. Basic Lite's displayed offer price is €3.21 a month, while Pro Standard's is €7.27 a month, both before applicable VAT. The amount payable therefore includes the selected hosting charge and any VAT added when the order is completed. Currency exchange rates are updated every 24 hours using xe.com rates. An eligible refund is returned in the original payment currency, while bank or payment-provider conversion charges and exchange-rate differences are outside Amplica's refund coverage. For Basic Lite or Pro Standard, account for applicable VAT alongside the advertised monthly offer price.
