The refund covers advance payments for services not provided after termination, without affecting statutory rights. Ordinary termination is excluded during the subscription period. Turning off automatic renewal keeps the license active until the current billing period ends; it addresses the next subscription rather than ending current access. Termination through the provider-switching process also leaves remaining subscription fees payable and does not refund advance payments. The refund calculation distinguishes services already provided from services remaining after qualifying termination.

An AnyDesk trial covered by the trial-period terms becomes a paid subscription if it is not canceled before expiry. AnyDesk may offer a free trial lasting 14 to 30 days before a paid contract begins. Cancellation is available through End Subscription or written notice before the trial ends. An AnyDesk upgrade continues the current subscription period, with charges calculated pro rata for the old and higher-volume licenses. The prior license is charged for the time before the upgrade. The higher-volume license is charged at its applicable rate for the remainder of the subscription period. A preferred payment method must already be saved before upgrading through the management portal. In my.anydesk I, the License tab provides Upgrade License, followed by selection and confirmation of the final product configuration. Downgrading is unavailable during the subscription period, and reduced usage does not reduce the payment obligation. The confirmed configuration determines the higher-volume license being charged.

Cancel AnyDesk’s automatic renewal at least 30 days before license expiry to stop the following subscription. Licenses purchased through the online store have annual automatic renewal enabled by default. In my.anydesk II, the License tab contains the Subscription section and Cancel Subscription. The confirmation dialog uses Yes, cancel subscription to complete the change. After cancellation, the license stays active until the current billing period ends, then the account moves to the free plan. AnyDesk sends an expiry reminder thirty days before expiration. The license’s expiration date and cancellation deadline determine which renewal the change affects, while existing access continues through the paid period.
