The Basic annual checkout charges $149 initially and shows a recurring total of $149 a year. This is a yearly subscription for Pricing & Discount on one site, with one-year validity. Subscription products continue at the initial subscription rate after the initial refund period unless the account plan is cancelled. The order summary separates the current total from recurring totals and gives the first renewal date, so both charges are visible before ordering.
Yes. Dynamic Pricing & Discount Rules has one-time Basic, Professional and All Access options. Basic is $249, reduced from $297; Professional is $357, reduced from $417; All Access is $997, reduced from $2,395. The Basic one-time package includes one year of support and updates plus access to training courses. Professional adds the wholesale signup form, wholesale order form and other bundled tools. These purchase options sit under the Lifetime selector rather than Annual billing.
Wholesale Suite Basic costs $25 a month and Professional costs $29 a month, both billed annually. Basic purchases cover wholesale pricing, the signup form and wholesale order form in one package. Professional includes Basic and adds volume discounts, tiered pricing, Request a Quote, advanced tax exemption and conditional shipping and payments. Both subscriptions cover one site. The higher subscription price buys the additional plugin functions within Professional rather than a separate purchase of each listed component.
The Variation Swatches Basic one-time offer costs $149, reduced from $375. It covers Variation Swatches Pro for one site, one year of support and updates, training courses and mobile optimization. The Professional one-time option costs $357, reduced from $531, and includes everything in Basic. The two purchase tiers bundle different plugins, so Professional adds products to the order.
Yes. The agency yearly plan costs $1,070, while monthly billing costs $149 a month. Both plans cover 30 sites and include Priority Support and access to training courses. The yearly option includes one year of support and updates; monthly includes monthly support and updates. There is also a $4,280 pay-once agency option with lifetime updates and one year of support. The agency purchase options are separate from the single-site subscriptions sold through the main pricing page.
Yes, within 14 days of the first purchase or trial date, subject to the refund conditions. A refund request goes through a support ticket, and AovUp can ask for an opportunity to resolve the issue or deny a request when necessary. A previous refund and repurchase do not restart the window. Receiving a refund ends ownership of the licence and requires immediate cessation of product use. Once confirmed, the refund can take up to 14 working days to reach the account.
Email help@aovup.com or use the contact form with the email address used when joining. AovUp allows subscription cancellation at any time. The plugin continues to function after the subscription lapses, but updates and support end when the licence expires. An unpaid or cancelled subscription also triggers a notice in the WordPress administration area. After a grace period, access to plugin settings can be restricted until the subscription is renewed, even though the plugin continues to operate.

AovUp processes payments through Stripe and does not store payment card details on its own servers. Purchasing a plugin involves providing a name, email address, billing address and payment information. Account records include purchase history and a licence key linked to the subscription. Those records support subscription management, licence delivery and access to plugin updates. Purchase and licence records are retained for legal and accounting purposes, while account data is retained for as long as the account remains active.
