ArkHost web hosting, VPS, domains and hosted email deals.

Savings opportunities available through ArkHost coupon codes

ArkHost sells web hosting, VPS, domains and hosted email, and the offers on this page help you pay less. Web Starter costs €3.60 a month on its discounted annual term. Its renewal rate is €4.00 a month.

Eligible products and services

Service categories frequently on promotion

CMS and static hosting both have introductory offers. Web Plus costs €7.20 a month with annual billing, while Web Pro costs €14.40. Both display a 10% discount.

Services usually excluded from promo codes

The advertised hosting discount covers the first term only. Renewals fall outside that introductory offer and use the plan's separate renewal rate.

Factors influencing the final discount value

Impact of billing cycle on promotional price

Annual billing is the basis for the advertised hosting prices. Static Lite starts at €1.80 a month, billed annually, and renews at €2.00 a month. The monthly figure is an equivalent, rather than a monthly payment schedule.

Promo codes vs. automatically applied offers

ArkHost's discounted hosting order links carry a promotion into the cart. The cart also has a separate promo-code entry field. These are two ways to apply an ArkHost offer during ordering.

Accessing active codes for ArkHost

Enter an offer in Apply Promo Code on ArkHost's Review & Checkout page, then select Validate Code. Have your hosting plan, billing term and domain selection ready; the order summary shows the price and cycle alongside Total Due Today. Scroll up for the current ArkHost offers.

ArkHost Discount FAQs

Web Plus renews at €8.00 a month. The plan includes three websites, 15 email accounts and three MySQL databases, so those items are part of the hosting purchase rather than separate mailbox or database orders. Its allocation is 8 GB of NVMe storage and 150 GB of bandwidth. Redis caching, a CDN and cPGuard protection are included in the package. That makes Web Plus a CMS hosting order, suitable for database-driven sites such as WordPress or Joomla.
Static Grow costs €5.40 a month on the discounted annual term and renews at €6.00. Static Pro costs €10.80 a month on that term and renews at €12.00. Grow covers 50 websites with 8 GB of storage and 150 GB of bandwidth; Pro provides 30 GB and 500 GB, with website usage subject to plan resources. These purchases cover static files rather than database-driven applications. Neither package includes a database, so a WordPress purchase belongs in the CMS range instead.
Email costs extra with Static hosting. Hosted Email starts at €1.99 a month and is a separate purchase for mailboxes at your domain. Static hosting covers website files only, while CMS hosting packages include email accounts. Web Starter includes five accounts and Web Pro includes 50, which can remove the need for a separate email order when you are buying CMS hosting. Free SSL is included in the Static packages, so a certificate is already part of that website hosting purchase.
Small customers moving only a few websites receive free migration. Reseller accounts, larger multi-site moves and complex migrations can require separate pricing and terms, with the scope agreed before ordering. Hosting assistance covers DNS setup, migration, server or hosting issues and security configuration. Website design and content creation are outside that service. Broken themes, plugin conflicts and other CMS problems require a developer rather than hosting support, so a migration order and a website repair project are separate pieces of work.
Yes, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing support@arkhost.com. Refunds are governed by the applicable Merchant of Record's refund policy and consumer protection laws; the request window is not an unconditional money-back guarantee. Paddle handles standard online products. A cancellation request does not automatically create a refund request, so the refund needs separate contact with support. Once termination has been processed, reversal and data recovery are not guaranteed, and cancellation itself does not create a backup.
Request an end-of-period cancellation in the ArkHost Client Area. Open Services > My Services, select the service, choose Request Cancellation and change Immediate to End of Billing Period before submitting. The confirmation or pending-cancellation notice records the request. For a Paddle-billed service, review the subscription's next-payment or cancellation status in the Paddle portal too; support can resolve any mismatch. Domain renewal is managed separately under Domains > My Domains, and the associated domain can remain active when the hosting ends.
Standard online products use the payment methods available through Paddle at checkout. Bank transfer is available for separately quoted consulting and custom work, rather than being the general online hosting payment route. Prices are displayed in EUR or USD and include applicable taxes, with Paddle handling tax collection and remittance for standard products. Recurring services follow the billing cycle selected for the order. ArkHost can change prices with notice, and account and payment information must remain up to date for recurring billing.
Download the invoice PDF from the Paddle customer portal. Open the portal through your receipt or View on Paddle in the ArkHost billing pages, then enter the purchase email address to receive a sign-in link. Payment history contains the purchase and its invoice. Completed Paddle purchases are excluded from the ArkHost invoice list; unpaid requests can remain there for checkout. Direct ArkHost invoices, including separately quoted consulting paid by bank transfer, stay in that list, while archived ArkHost BV invoices require contact with support.
It is a renewable licence lasting one year from purchase. Each licence covers one WHMCS installation, with all updates, security patches and technical support included while the licence is active. Continued use requires renewal after expiration, and the module stops functioning when the licence expires. Renewals are arranged through support@arkhost.com. The modules are ionCube encoded for intellectual property protection, and specific services can have additional terms that apply to the purchase.
Yes. The hosting order offers an existing-domain option where you keep the domain and update its nameservers. Registering a new domain and transferring a domain from another registrar are separate choices in the same ordering flow. A transfer requires the domain to be unlocked at its current registrar; a domain that is not registered cannot follow that route. The existing-domain choice lets you continue with hosting without selecting a new registration or moving the registration to ArkHost as part of the order.
